Objective: the purpose of this study is to explore whether the low temperature environment will have an adverse effect on the dynamic balance ability and neuromuscular control ability of the lower limbs of the human body through the comparative analysis of the normal temperature experiment and the low temperature experiment,so as to provide a reference for the winter athletes to make a scientific training plan under the low temperature environment and improve their sports ability and performance. Methods: 15 healthy male college students without postural control injury were enrolled in this experiment. They were tested for dynamic balance,y balance and sudden imbalance in normal and low temperature environments respectively. The final score, the time of small ball staying in the central area, the percentage and the average time of horizontal and vertical axis in the dynamic balance test were compared and analyzed Rotation angular velocity and maximum rotation angular velocity, the longest and comprehensive extension distance of each leg in Y balance test,as well as the time interval, discharge time,EMG integral and the sum of EMG integral of the main force generating muscles of the tested leg in sudden unbalance test. Results: after data analysis and comparison, the average score of dynamic balance test in low temperature environment was significantly lower than that in normal temperature by 1394.25 points(P < 0.01),and the average angular velocity was significantly increased by 0.63s(P < 0.01),the other indexes except the percentage of longitudinal axis were significantly different from that in normal temperature(P < 0.05),the comprehensive score of Y balance left leg was significantly higher than that in normal temperature by 2.68 points(P < 0.05),and the comprehensive score of right leg was significantly higher It was significantly higher than 4.31 points(P < 0.01).The discharge time of each muscle in the sudden unbalance test increased significantly(P < 0.05),except for the internal oblique muscle and the lateral gastrocnemius muscle, the rest of the muscles were significantly increased(P < 0.01).Except for the internal oblique muscle, semitendinosus Semimembranous muscle and tibial anterior muscle, the rest of the muscles were significantly increased(P < 0.01)Compared with normal temperature, the muscle delay time increased significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion: the low temperature environment will lead to the decrease of dynamic balance, neuromuscular control and landing stability, and the increase of neuromuscular response speed. The specific reasons need to be further studied.
