Education is the basic of a One-Hundred Year Strategy of a nation.Teachers' work is the most important in education.Young teachers are a new force,their cultural level directly determines the quality of education in China,and then it is related to the overall level of the quality of Chinese people.As a young teacher,we should stop doing the common practice,get rid of the thought and method of education of the examination as a purpose and be brave enough to conduct and challenge and should like to innovate.We should improve our capacity to enable our students to have the qualities of staying hungry,thinking independently,practicing and being friendly which our society needs most.And it is unconsciously influenced.I think the teaching ability of the teachers and the subtle influence are linked to the convincing personality charm of teachers.So how to be a teacher with good personality charm? How is it engaged in my chemistry education?The thesis is based on the aims of research.We study the connotation and features of the personality charm of teachers according to the concept of charm primarily.On account of this,we come up with the right idea,method,the influence which the personality charm of teachers has on the learning chemistry of students,the research on the relationship between the charm and the learning chemistry of the high school students and the four approaches of improving the personality charm of chemistry teachers.We study them systematically.We attain the precise comprehension of our own by discussing four parts gradually.I write the thesis so as to show my thoughts and practice to the public,to resonate with our colleagues and to provide useful inspiration.We manage to promote the ability of the young teachers in “positive energy” and spare on efforts to improve our educational environment.
