Teachers as significant others to affect students,their personality has a significant impacton students’ academic progress and personal development. There are many issues need to beaddressed in the construction of high school history teachers’ personality, there is still asignificant need for building perfect personality in the current.Research on the issue of teachers’ personality is conducted for a long time. However,articles and books on the charm of the history teacher, is mostly vague, lack of systematicstudy. Access to relevant information, This article try to find the method to develop highschool history teachers charisma, this basis will provide a reference to high school historyteacher training, as well as the history teacher’s own career planning.The paper is divided into three parts: In part one, the connotation and characteristics ofthe history teacher charisma. The charisma of teachers are developed in the long-termeducational and teaching activities, from the process of teaching content and teachers’ interactwith each other, it has the power to affect and educate people. The history teachers charismainclude professional knowledge, super teaching art, good personality traits. It has the featuresof demonstration, times, oriented; in part two, mainly through the history of the survey ofhigh school students’ learning, specifically addressed the impact of the charisma of historyteachers on students’ interest in learning, learning outcomes and emotional attitudes andvalues; in part three, mainly from two aspects of the conversion of the promotion of externalconditions and internal factors, specifically addressed the formation of channels of highschool history teacher charisma. External conditions include: first, social environment:education policy to protect and guide the development of history teachers, through the reformof college entrance examination system and other measures to improve the status of historyteachers and speed up the reform of the high school history curriculum; second, schoolenvironment: schools should take into account the history teacher personal growth, and toprovide sufficient material for their long-term development. The internal factors: historyteachers should learn knowledge lifelong, improve their quality, improve teaching ability,achieve self-cultivation, cultivate good personality, to make contributions to develop highschool students’ academic and personality.
