An Empirical Study On Personality Charm Of Ideological And Moral Teachers

Ideological and moral education is the main form of moral education.The ideological and moral teacher as the main practitioners of ideological and moral education,their personality charm is not only reflected in their students' s tudies,but also in the development of students' personality and interpersonal communication.The important influence of Ideological and moral teachers' personality charm not only affects the students,but also affects the teachers and the social development.Therefore,it has great significance to study the personality charm of Ideological and moral teachers.Combined with the use of researching methods of both questionnaire survey and target interview,this thesis mainly conducts researches on the personality traits of ideological and moral teachers.With focuses on the connotation,characteristics and significance of the personality traits of ideological and moral teachers,this thesis also analyzes the problems as well as the reasons existing in teachers' personality traits.From different aspects including building a sound environment,enhancing management and protection and attaching importance to teachers' self-improvement,basic countermeasures for improving teachers' personality are put forward.The author wants to provide valuable reference for the improvement of teaching effectiveness as well as the building of a better team of ideological and moral teachers.
