As the “standard for the professional development of middle school teachers(on trial)” pointed out,one of the core capabilities of middle school teachers is the capability of teaching design.High school Chinese teachers need to continuously improve their capability of teaching design to solve the problems of design concept and content etc.for the demand of deepening the new curriculum reform and developing the profession of teachers.In addition,they should try to design the teaching plan that reflects their own teaching style for the demand of students' individualized learning with the pre-condition of highlighting the cognitive characteristics of the subject.As one of the commonest teaching and research activities,the heterogeneous lesson establishes a bridge between the research and teaching of high school Chinese teachers.It is very valuable for the research on how the heterogeneous teaching and research effectively improve the capability of high school Chinese teachers for teaching design.Under the background of the current status for the teaching design of high school Chinese teachers in the teaching and research activities of heterogeneous lesson and the release of new curriculum standard,this article is divided into six parts with the focus on the research methods of reference,questionnaire,case analysis and interview etc.the specific research content of each part is as follows:Part ? is the introduction and literature review.It elucidates the background and significance of research for this topic,introduces the main content of the research and the method applied for the research,summarizes the current status for the research in China and abroad on the capability of teachers for their teaching design and the research activities in schools with heterogeneous lesson.Part ? is chapter I.it combs the theoretical basis for the research in this article through the comprehensive elucidation of the related concepts by the suggestion of the theoretical basis for the research and the analysis on the procedures and content of the teaching design under the heterogeneous mode of high school Chinese lesson.Part ? is chapter II.Based on the questionnaire,it investigates the current status of high school Chinese teachers for their capability of teaching design,analyzes the problems of teachers in the heterogeneous teaching and research activities of high school Chinese on the aspects of design concept,design content,design strategy and design results through data processing and statistical analysis for the exploration and summarization of the reason behind.Part ? is chapter III and IV.With the focus on the problems in the investigation and the research achievements stated above,this part makes the corresponding teaching suggestions from the four dimensions: first,enhance the training of teachers to improve the teachers' level of teaching design;second,prepare the lesson as a team,investigate on students' learning status,design target and design content of different teachers by the comparison,settle down the “content of teaching”;Third,settle down the “method of teaching” with the perfection of one lesson by the classification of research on the teachers' design,strategy design process and flexible design;fourth,enhance the teaching introspection by the leadership of experts.In addition,I have also conducted the experiment of comparison with the integration of classroom resources for high school Chinese to explore the effectiveness of heterogeneous lesson for the improvement of high school Chinese teachers' capability of teaching design by the selection of two classes of senior grade one for the teaching respectively,the application of the teaching strategy designed before into the specific practice of teaching and the inspection on the advantages and disadvantages of the designed teaching strategy through the real teaching case for the comparison of the teaching effect.Part ? is the conclusion.It is the conclusion and analysis of the research in this thesis in hope of assistance for the researchers in future.Teachers' capability of teaching design is the main requirement of capability in the new curriculum reform.High school Chinese teachers' capability of teaching design directly impacts the quality of teaching and the effect of education.The teaching and research activities of “heterogeneous lesson” can meet the demand of different students,speed up the professionalization of teachers and push the development of new curriculum reform by the strength of teachers,teaching and research organizations and experts,the persistence on the theoretical training,team preparation,perfection of one lesson and introspect summary and the dedication to the continuous improvement of teachers' capability of teaching design.
