The "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" issued by the Ministry of Education of China in pointed out that it is necessary to promote accurate intelligence under network conditions.Guide the education of developed areas and weak areas to realize pairing assistance through informatization.Carry out online school education and digital school construction and application.Achieving a balanced allocation mechanism of regional education resources under the "Internet +" condition,Narrow the regional,urban-rural,and inter-school gaps, ease the digital divide in education, and achieve fair and quality education. The Ministry of Education has made many attempts to promote the sharing of high-quality teachers' resources for compulsory education, but has failed to achieve ideal results.Under the background of the balanced development of basic education and the continuous advancement of education informatization, the emergence of remote synchronous classrooms provides new ideas for alleviating educational equity and balancing the allocation of urban and rural teachers' resources. However, the existing remote synchronous classrooms have many problems such as different student levels, low participation of remote students, and unsatisfactory teaching effects.Based on this,it is urgent to explore effective interactive strategies and teaching modes to achieve better teaching results. This research uses four methods of literature analysis, interview, questionnaire and classroom case observation.Select the teachers and students who have carried out remote synchronous classroom teaching in Harbin as the research object, and investigate the existing situation of remote synchronous classroom teaching based on video interaction.Based on the Flanders Interactive System(FIAS)and the InformationTechnology Interactive Analysis and Coding System(ITIAS),an interactive observation scale forremote synchronous classroom was designed.we code and analyze the actual classroom teaching cases.Combining interviews and questionnaires with teachers and local students summarize the problems and causes of remote synchronous classrooms in Harbin and put forward specific improvement strategies based on local actual conditions. This research is divided into seven chapters:Chapter one Introduction. The research background, purpose and significance of the research, research methods and research status at home and abroad are described.Chapter two Overview of remote synchronous classroom teaching based on video interaction This article mainly expounds the concept of " remote synchronous classroom",the characteristics of the teaching environment and interactive characteristics of " remote synchronous classroom",and analyzes the key factors that affect the remote synchronous classroom teaching.Chapter three Field survey and analysis of the current situation of synchronous classroom teaching in Harbin, the interactive observation classroom scale for interactive classroom teaching is designed, and the quantitative analysis of classroom teaching actual cases is performed.Chapter four According to the data obtained, combined with interviews and questionnaires, the problems and causes of remote synchronous classrooms in the region are summarized.Chapter five based on the problems existing in the remote synchronous classroom, combined with the local actual situation, put forward targeted improvement suggestions and strategies.Chapter six coding the improved classroom teaching cases and analyzing the application effect of the improvement strategyChapter seven summarizes and reflects on the research content of this article, and puts forward the future research.
