Martial arts is a strong physical fitness sport with distinctive national characteristics.It is not only an important way for the development of traditional Chinese culture,but also plays an important role in external communication.In 2001,the "Sports and Health Teaching Syllabus" revised the name of the national traditional physical education curriculum and officially changed its name to martial arts.It entered the school education system and became a required course for compulsory education and general high school physical education regulations.The elementary school stage as the basic stage of martial arts training is also the best time to cultivate students' interest in martial arts,and at the same time play the role of inheriting martial arts culture and training martial arts talent echelon.Therefore,the development of elementary school martial arts training is crucial.As Chongqing has organized more and more martial arts competitions in recent years,Beibei District,as one of the nine districts in Chongqing 's main city,has been ranked many times in many districts and counties,and has not achieved satisfactory results.There are currently 43 elementary schools in Beibei District,but there are only 8 schools with martial arts training teams.The number of elementary school martial arts training teams is relatively small,and the training level is low.In view of this situation,this study uses the literature method and questionnaire survey Methods,interviews,and mathematical statistics take Beibei District of Chongqing as an example to conduct a field survey on the development status of 8elementary school martial arts training teams,discuss and analyze the current situation of the development of Beibei Elementary School Wushu Training Team,and analyze the existing problems.Attempt to analyze the main factors affecting the development of Beibei District Primary School Wushu Training Team,and put forward corresponding countermeasures based on its problems to improve the technical level of Beibei District Primary School Wushu Training Team.The results of this study show that:(1)The recruitment of elementary school martial arts training teams lacks competitive management characteristics,and they tendto cultivate martial arts interests rather than martial arts training selection;school martial arts training teams have a single funding source and insufficient activities;individual martial arts training teams have In the mode of cooperation outside the school,leaders do not pay much attention to the martial arts training team.(2)The venues on the elementary school campus are mainly plastic and cement venues.The lack of venues for professional martial arts training.The hard concrete ground is not conducive to the practice of team members' jumping movements.Martial arts equipment is dominated by knives and sticks and lacks diversity.(3)The training content of the elementary school martial arts team training team is mainly based on martial arts prescribed routines.The training content of the martial arts training team is single and boring.The lack of folk martial arts training resources is not conducive to the development of folk martial arts.(4)The primary school martial arts training team did not achieve satisfactory results in martial arts competitions above the municipal level.(5)Most coaches of elementary school martial arts training teams lack professional martial arts training experience,which is slightly inadequate in martial arts competition level and training guidance ability.(6)Members of the elementary school martial arts training team expressed their preference for martial arts sports but expressed dissatisfaction with the martial arts training effect.The gap between the martial arts training effect and the expected martial arts performance was large,which adversely affected the students.In response to the above research results,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Optimize the organization and management mode of the Wushu training team,and build a systematic organization and management mode of "Martial Arts Teaching-Wushu Selection-Wushu Training-Wushu Competition".Secondly,through the training mode of "school + amateur sports school" and "school + martial arts club",students can also have places to train on weekends and winter and summer vacations to improve the training level and competition level of martial arts teams.(2)Strengthen social and external resources The development and utilization of the martial arts clubs,from the venue facilities of the Wushu club to the diversification of martial arts equipment,can be introduced through cooperation to provide venue equipment protection for martial arts training.(3)Combining existing "interests" and"competitions" "Two different martial arts training characteristics,with rich content inmartial arts interest classes,attracting a wider range of students to actively participate in martial arts activities;the training of elementary school martial arts training teams can be carried out in collaboration with a variety of folk martial arts projects,while enriching the training content To cultivate students 'interest and perseverance in martial arts training,and then improve the technical level of martial arts athletes,and improve the overall level of the primary martial arts training team of Beibei District.(4)The training of primary school martial arts training team should focus on the cultivation of students' sense of honor,from selection,Competition,and awards to continuously strengthen students' honor of martial arts(5)Reasonably equipped martial arts coaches,actively participate in martial arts coach training,improve the technical level of martial arts coaches and referee theory knowledge;martial arts coaches actively lead and promote the development of martial arts in the school.(6)Combining the martial arts content that students are concerned about,do Provide a reasonable explanation to guide students to establish a correct understanding of martial arts;formulate a combination of martial arts and dance training methods for the characteristics of elementary school girls,and then gradually over-professional and competitive martial arts training,promoting martial arts sports among elementary school girls
