Promoting the “Student-Centered” new curriculum aims to push forward the development of quality-oriented education,and comprehensively reform and innovate our country's fundamental education from educational idea to practice.It is constantly deepening its development with unprecedented influence.Changing the traditional “Learning via Teaching”education circumstance,implementing the "student-centered,teacher-led" teaching model of student self-inquiry learning and effective teacher guidance,and creating an efficient classroom with the goal of cultivating students' core literacy and promoting students' comprehensive and sustainable development are the responsibility and task for many educators.Under the new curriculum concept of "student-oriented development",the guidance learning scheme came into being,and it quickly became popular among schools.The teaching of Guidance Learning Plan can effectively promote the transformation from "teaching center" to "learning center",balance the relationship between "learning" and "teaching",realize the dominant position of students' learning,improve students' independent learning ability,and transform students' learning methods.In recent years,our school has been carrying out the teaching scheme of guidance learning plan.However,its application is still on the surface,and the expected teaching effect has not been achieved.There are also many problems worthy of our attention behind the popularity.The effectiveness of the tutorial is affected by the preparation and use of the tutorial and cannot be fully realized in the class.Therefore,this thesis adopts the method of combining theory with practice,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,classroom observation method,etc.,to conduct a comprehensive study on the application of the junior middle school chemistry guidance case,which plays a key role to exert the effect of the guidance case.With the background of the reform of the chemistry fundamental education curriculum in junior middle school and the reform of the teaching mode in my school,I have carefully studied the wisdom results of previous studies on guided learning plan,based on the careful analysis of the current situation of the application of guided learning plan at home and abroad,this paper expounds the connotation of guided learning plan.Taking the principles of education and teaching as the theoretical support of this study,and combining with the literature materials,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the use of guided learning plan in the teaching practice of the chemistry discipline between other schools and my school,the related problems in the application of chemical guided learning plan were summarized,for example: influenced by Teaching Habits,teachers' teaching methods do not match with the idea of guiding study plan,classroom teaching does not get rid of the teaching model of "one speech and one lecture",it is suspected that teachers wear new shoes and take the old road;teachers lack the understanding of the essence of guiding study plan,due to the lack of attention and randomness in the compilation of study guide,the compilation of study guide is not scientific and its quality is uneven,the teachers' ability of "guiding study" is weak,and the students' learning attitude is not correct.In the light of the problems and the actual situation of the school,this paper probes into and ponders the countermeasures to solve these problems,which are reflected in the design and use of guided learning plan,it lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of the guiding plan and the standardization and scientification of the teaching.Based on the theory of education,the effective elements and the whole frame of the junior middle school chemistry guided learning plan are determined,the principles of guided learning plan are explained in detail,and the whole process of guided learning plan is sorted out.At the same time,in order to ensure the scientific rationality of the guided learning plan,according to the different course requirements of the new teaching,review class and experiment class,combining the concrete chemistry course content,optimizing the personalized design of three kinds of guided learning plans through case analysis.In view of the use of the previous chemistry guided learning plan in the classroom and the problems in the teaching of the guided learning plan in other schools,this paper takes the suggestions of experienced teachers and probes into the use of the guided learning plan by using the teaching cases.Based on the teaching materials of the guided learning plan,a comparative teaching practice study for eight months was carried out in our school,and the results of the teachingpractice were analyzed in combination with a questionnaire survey,and the effectiveness of the guided learning plan in junior middle school chemistry teaching was summarized,this paper reflects on the design and use of guided learning plan,constructs a set of scientific and reasonable guided learning plan system,forms a certain effective teaching order of using guided learning plan,and strives to maximize the benefit of using guided learning plan.According to the teaching practice research,a reasonable and scientifically used guidance plan is conducive to inspiring students' interest in learning,so that the student-centered and teacher-led position can be truly reflected,which is beneficial for enhancing students' self-learning ability,cultivating students' spirit of cooperative inquiry,promoting the transformation of students' learning methods,improving classroom results,and achieving low burden and high efficiency.
