The standard of compulsory education of chemistry curriculum pointed out,"Scientific inquiry is an important way of learning, and also an important content of the stage of Compulsory Education Chemistry Course.It plays an irreplaceable role in the development of students’ Scientific Literacy." Therefore, educators put more emphasis on scientific inquiry teaching. The "learning plan teaching" uses the learning plan as the carrier of class teaching, and let the students do self-study under the guidance of the teacher. It takes the students’autonomous learning as the principle thing,which is similar to the requirements of scientific inquiry teaching. The dissertation is about implementation of Chemistry scientific inquiry in junior middle school according to the learning plan.The improved learning plan including the contents of learning situation, learning content,learning method, the detection test etc, can help the teachers achieve the integration and optimization of teaching resources and can provide help for students to preparation, investigation and discussion.Firstly,based on the previous research and literature, the author summarized theoretical basis,compilation principle, contents of learning plan through literature analysis and the practical problem in the preparation of teaching guidance and scientific inquiry instruction. On this basis, scientific inquiry teaching by using the learning plan was practiced. According to the specific case of teaching,the author discussed compilation principle, including transposition,exploratory, study method guidelines, problem,combining practice etc; the basic content of scientific inquiry-learning plan,including purpose of the inquiry, preview, experiment inquiry, discussion, reflection and evaluation, test etc; and the specific teaching steps of scientific inquiry-learning plan. Finally, reference to the questionnaire survey and result analysis, the author analyzed feasibility and effectiveness of scientific inquiry teaching practice by using the learning plan. The practical research show that, the practice has motivated students to learn and more participation in scientific inquiry learning. Meanwhile,it has been helpful for students to build confidence in learning and to facilitate improved retention of knowledge also.
