With the promotion of the new curriculum reform,some schools have implemented the layered mobile teaching model in Chinese course.It is clearly pointed in The Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Educational Reform of General High Schools in the New Era that the layered mobile teaching system should be promoted orderly to meet the requirements of the general high school new curriculum reform and the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination reform,and to meet the needs of students' individualized development.Therefore,it is an unstoppable trend to implement the layered mobile teaching system in Chinese course.Since 2015,Shuangliu Tanghu Middle School in Sichuan Province has implemented the layered mobile teaching system for all grades with the guidance of new curriculum reform,aimed to promote student's personality development and cultivate their adaptability to new era development by offering an individualized quality education for every student.Based on pedagogy and psychology and with the guidance of promoting student's personality development proposed by new curriculum standards,this article adopts the research methods of questionnaires,interviews,and teaching records and takes the high school students and Chinese teachers in Tanghu Middle School as the survey objects,choosing 500 students and 20 teachers by stratified sampling.The current situation of layered mobile teaching in Chinese course in Tanghu Middle School is investigated and the related main potential problems are analyzed in order to further improve the layered mobile teaching in Chinese course in Tanghu Middle School and provide a reference for other schools that are about to implement the layered mobile teaching on Chinese course.According to the survey,the implement the layered mobile teaching in Chinese course in recent years has improved students' learning efficiency and learning experience,established a harmonious teacher-student relationship,promoted the student's personal development,and thus overall enhanced the quality of Chinese teaching in Tanghu Middle School.This teaching system has also realized the individualized quality education for each student,accelerated the teachers' ability to learn continuously,and obtained much worthy experience.However,there are also problems: students don't learn well about layered mobile teaching and aren't so willing to accept it;Chinese subjects has been weakened;class cohesion has been reduced;teachers are under certain psychological pressures;management is not in place.This author has analyzed these problems from the aspects of schools,teachers,students,and parents,and proposed to pay attention to the following three aspects.First,strengthen the promotion of education and teaching concept of layered mobile teaching in Chinese course.This part will be discussed from 4 aspects of teachers,schools,students,and parents.Second,improve the layered teaching ability of Chinese teacher,strengthen their mutual communication and cooperation,and stimulate students' interest in extracurricular reading to promote students' core development of Chinese.Third,achieve comprehensive development of students by enhancing their ability to adapt to the layered mobile teaching system,providing them with appropriate psychological guidance,changing their learning methods,and promoting mutual communication and cooperation between students.The success of layered mobile teaching model in Tanghu Middle School is determined by these factors: Insisting efficient cooperation is the primary guidance,as any teaching system implemented successfully without cooperation;Insisting education fairness concept is the supporting point,as every student has the opportunity to receive fair education and the layered mobile teaching system focuses student's personality development.Insisting the guidance of new reform is the guarantee,as new education reforms attempts continuously made by the educational department are aimed to optimize the education process and boost the development of students.Policy support is the prerequisite for school teaching reform.The layered mobile teaching system has attracted more and more attention attributed to the reform of the new college entrance examination,and its unique concept of layered education has been accepted by an increasing number of people.As an important content of new reform,mobile teaching has important research value.This article looks forward to providing some reference for other schools to promote it on Chinese courses through survey and research.
