The mathematical knowledge in junior high school is so numerous,flexible and comprehensive that an approach,according with the students' memorization characteristics and thinking habits,is necessary to helping the students memorize the fragmentary knowledge,so as to facilitate the process to grasp knowledge systematically and improve their ability to solve problems and learning efficiency.The author found that the mind map can combine the image thinking with the abstract thinking,allowing the left and right brain work simultaneously,and make the thinking process of the brain explicit,clear and orderly through literature researches.In our country,the study of mind map in mathematics is mostly focused on reviewing class.In the daily teaching,the efficiency of using mind maps to carry on teaching,exercise class,the examination paper analysis,as well as to maintain,for students,self-management and to foster internalized mind map(combining with Cornell Note-taking)to boost the learning efficiency,needs further research.Thus,on the basis of previous studies,this paper has studied the application of mind map in mathematics classroom teaching in junior high school.Put forward the maneuverability,from the principle and the steps of operation have been elaborated in detail.The applicability of mind map in junior high school mathematics classroom has also been deeply studied.Pre-class preparation,in-class notes,after-class notes arrangement,but also from the junior high school mathematics of various classes using the methods and advantages of mind map have been explored.The research aims to provide the method instructions and case references for the first-line junior high school mathematics teachers.The introduction of mind map in junior high school mathematics teaching can help students learn how to use mind map for self-management and learning,and acquire skills conducive to their lifelong development.Mind map can present abstract knowledge and underlying relationships in visual sensory form,helping students establish systematic knowledge framework.The mind map can also help students to reflect and improve,and effectively improve students' independent thinking ability,self-diagnosis ability and mathematical thinking ability.At the same time,it also plays an active role in teachers' further development of teaching activities.
