With the development of modern information technology especially the network technology,people have began to enter the era of picture-reading.Graph with its rich content and intuitive form of expression is becoming more popular today.The traditional way of learning can not meet the needs of people,and the new learning methods are gradually being excavated.Knowledge visualization is brewing in such a background.Knowledge will be translated into visual graphic to promote its dissemination and innovation.Nowadays,knowledge visualization with the form of a proper way of visual representation has become an important field of educational research.With the support of information technology,knowledge visualization has a new breakthrough.This makes the application of knowledge visualization in education and teaching more extensive,the effect is also more anticipated.In high school ideological and political course,knowledge of each frame and each unit of is linked.The combination of knowledge visualization and high school ideological and Political Course can break the limitations of traditional teaching,appreciate the knowledge point of the dynamic process and internal relations and enhance the ability of initiative learning.Based on the above background,this article will try to apply knowledge visualization to the teaching of high school ideological and political course through the literature analysis,investigation and other methods.The article aims at researching the significance and existing problems of the application of knowledge visualization in high school ideological and political course's teaching,so that students can play the main role better and the teaching effect of the teachers and students' learning efficiency will be improved.This paper is divided into four part:Part one mainly introduces the related concepts of knowledge visualization,such as knowledge visualization and visual representation,and then demonstrates the theoretical basis of the knowledge visualization applied in high school ideological and political courses.Part two is to analyze the necessity of the application of knowledge visualization in high school ideological and political courses mainly from the high school ideological and political course features,high school students' cognitive characteristics and the effects of knowledge visualization of high school Ideological and political courses.And it is to the students of two middle schools in Jiangsu Province as the research object,carries out questionnaire survey method to grasp the present situation of knowledge visualization in high school thought political lesson teaching.And then,try to achieve higher effect and optimize the application of knowledge visualization from teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching methods.Part three inquires the application of knowledge visualization in high school ideological and political teaching.It includes the basic principles and teaching principles of knowledge visualization,the training and grouping of students,and the visualization and teaching cases of teachers' teaching.
