College Students' Moral Anomie In The Live Webcast And Management Research

As a popular new media,"live webcast" not only rises rapidly in the economic field,but also has a profound impact on different groups by penetrating into People's Daily life.In network broadcast,moral misconduct is repeatedly prohibited,which has become a serious obstacle to the healthy and orderly development of network society.Young college students are not only the active group in cyberspace,but also the main group participating in network broadcast.The behavior norms and moral performance of college students in the process of live broadcasting not only reflect the network moral accomplishment level of college students,but also reflect the overall ideological and moral level of college students.However,recently,the phenomenon of college students' moral misconduct frequently appears in the process of network broadcast,which has aroused widespread concern in the society.President Xi Jinping stressed that "young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.To achieve the great cause of the Chinese nation in the long run,our party must cultivate generation after generation of useful talents who support the leadership of the communist party of China and the socialist system of our country,and who are determined to devote their lives to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.President Xi Jinping's speech reflects the state's emphasis on the ideological and political level of the youth group.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to and study the moral misconduct of college students in the process of network broadcast for the governance of the moral misconduct and the promotion of network broadcast.This paper firstly defines the concept of network broadcast based on domestic and foreign research literature.Secondly,based on the theory of social anomie and network governance,this paper summarizes the meaning of moral anomie in college students' network broadcast.Some college students were investigated by means of questionnaire survey.The survey shows that college students have prominent moral misconduct in the process of network broadcast.Combined with previous studies,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes of moral misconduct in the current online live broadcasting of college students.The reasons are summarized in four aspects: college students themselves have poor self-discipline and weak ability to distinguish right from wrong.They show the characteristics of moral misconduct in the process of network broadcast.In colleges and universities,the lack of network moral education courses leads to the low level of students' network moral quality.In the online live broadcasting industry,the phenomena of non-standard operation and vicious competition breed vulgar live broadcasting content,which will bring bad effects to the physical and mental health of college students.In terms of administrative supervision,the imperfect supervision mechanism and laws and regulations in the online live broadcasting industry have caused the moral misconduct of college students in the process of online live broadcasting.In view of the problem and the cause of moral misconduct in the process of college students' network broadcast,some countermeasures are put forward.
