The training of primary school general teachers is the practical need for the construction of outstanding teachers in the new era,to meet the ideal pursuit of students' overall development,and the primary school education and the teachers in primary schools reflects the holistic,comprehensive,and fundamental role and value for the growth of students as adults.Curriculum design is the soul and main grasp of cultivating elementary school teachers in primary schools.and the application of advanced education concepts must be implemented in curriculum design.The reform and development of realistic education teaching must also be implemented through curriculum design perfect.Therefore,how to design the cultivate curriculum of the primary school general teachers has important research value and significance.This article is to study the curriculum design of general teacher training in primary schools from the perspective of the reform of the teacher education curriculum system.It is mainly focuses on the issue of curriculum design for the primary school general teachers.It adopts the principle of unity of history and value,theory and practice,and carry out research in accordance with the logical sequence of practical experience summary at home and abroad,analysis basic problem,and construct model.First of all,the author uses literature research and text analysis to examine the curriculum design practice of primary school teachers at home and abroad,summarizes it's characteristics and practical problems,and then uses comparative research to compare the similarities and differences of curriculum design between home and abroad,to provide experience and references for this article.Secondly,it analyzes the basic issues concerned by the classic curriculum design,condenses the analysis framework for the curriculum design of elementary school teachers,and clarifies the basic issues concerned with the concept,methodology,and elements.Thirdly,it explores and constructs a curriculum design model for cultivate the primary school general teachers.In this section,this article puts forward new ideas and perspectives on designing a curriculum for general teacher training in elementary schools: merging normality with professionalism,strengthening the professional curriculum of the discipline,highlighting the normality and practicality,and returning to students' lives;Led by the professional spirit of theteachers of morality education,the students' ability of "three mains,one auxiliary and multiple abilities" is cultivated.Decomposing the model,in theory,the author puts forward the principles and values on the guiding ideology based on the theoretical basis of public responsibility,ontological value philosophy,Marx's spiritual outlook,development psychology,and curriculum integration;on the methodology,Constructed the framework of the curriculum model of "three mains,one auxiliary and multiple abilities" and methods and technologies that take into account the relevant rationality and appropriateness;in terms of elements,divide specific curriculum objectives into layers,organize practical and normal curriculum content,and conduct antecedent evaluation.In short,the design of the curriculum for the training of general teachers in primary schools needs to focus on the normality and professionalism of teachers,and to build a system of training courses for general teachers in primary schools with the characteristics of Chinese teacher-training in the spirit of "rooted in the education of the Chinese mainland to reflect Chinese characteristics".the general teachers of elementary school who can strengthen moral education and cultivate people.
