June 2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping to speed up the development of vocational education to make important instructions,to strengthen the construction of vocational college teachers pointed out the direction.In recent years,the construction of teachers is restricting the development of modern vocational education,especially the development of vocational schools.In order to solve the problem of teachers,the state and local departments have encouraged more and more non-normal personnel to engage in teachers' profession through the introduction of relevant policies.However,due to non-teacher professional teachers have not received the system of teacher education and training,lack of knowledge of education and related teacher skills,so that they encounter many problems in the process of teaching.In order to help non-teacher professional teachers in a relatively short period of time to enhance the ability of education and teaching,to their systematic pre-job training and training is the basic way effective.In the background of strengthening the construction of teachers and teachers,the local governments began to attach great importance to the teacher education and training of non-normal teachers in vocational colleges,and put forward the pre-job training system of new teachers in vocational schools The purpose of this work,this paper focuses on the design of training programs to explore.The paper will be divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of this article.From the background of the research,this paper expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research,and summarizes the research on the training of teachers in the domestic and foreign vocational schools,and determines the content of the research and clarifies the research methods and routes of the thesis.The second chapter is the definition of the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of this paper.On the basis of the research contents of the first chapter,the basic concepts of this paper are defined.The theory of adult education and lifelong learning are chosen as the theoretical basis of the training program design.From the pre-training program,Three Inspiration of Training.The third chapter is the analysis of the design requirements of the training program in this paper.With reference to the OTP training needs analysis model,the government,secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational non-teacher professional teachers training policy interpretation and demand analysis.The fourth chapter is the design of this training program analysis.Based on the model of the system training model and the characteristics of the CBE training model,a new training program framework is set up for the pre-job teacher education training of the non-normal teachers,and the elements of the training are clarified according to the theoretical revelation and the demand analysis.,The formation of vocational non-teacher professional teachers of pre-teacher education and training program.The fifth chapter is the implementation of this training program protection.After the completion of the training program,through the establishment of training and leading organizations and the establishment of training to assist management and assessment mechanism for the implementation of training programs to provide protection.
