With the continuous advancement and deepening of the reform of the basic education biology curriculum in our country,the status of experimental teaching in the middle school biology teaching process is getting higher and higher.At the same time,"Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standards"(2011 edition)also clearly emphasizes the important position of biological experiments in the entire biology,but in the actual biological experiment teaching,due to the restrictions of many conditions,many Experiments are difficult to carry out effectively.When the real experiment can't be carried out,the simulation experiment can be used as a supplement to the real experiment.By improving the technology to replace the new experimental conditions and materials and innovative methods to improve the conditions and materials of the simulation experiment,let all students feel and experience for themselves The process of simulating experiment,in the conversion process from the real situation to the return to the real situation,makes the students' core literacy of the subject effectively cultivated.This article uses traditional literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods and experimental methods to deeply study the effective cultivation and application of biological simulation experiments on the core literacy of junior high school students.Combining the cognitive characteristics of students and the main research content and teaching characteristics of junior middle school biology subjects,formulate corresponding simulation experiment teaching strategies,that is: dig deeper into simulation experiments in textbooks and fully integrate existing resources;set teaching goals around core literacy to reflect the training requirements of core literacy;create life-like teaching activities to help students achieve knowledge transfer;guide students to think positively and realize scientific thinking Conversion;adopt a comprehensive evaluation method to detect the achievement of core literacy goals.Analyze the simulation experiments in the biology textbooks of the Shandong Science and Technology Press at the stage of compulsory education,and design the teaching examples of simulation experiments with the core qualities of students.Finally,this study uses a controlled experiment method to evaluate the importance and teaching effect of the simulation experiment in the experimental class based on the students' final examination results and questionnaires.The experimental results show that the students in the experimental class are better than the students in the control class;at the same time,the students in the experimental class are also significantly better than the comprehensive cultivation of core literacy in related disciplines such as scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,life concept and social responsibility Other students in the control class.This shows that the core literacy of students in the experimental class has developed significantly after the implementation of relevant teaching strategies.Therefore,the teaching strategy for the core literacy training of students proposed in this study is practical and effective.
