Research On The Creation Of Campus Characteristic Recess Exercises Under The Background Of "One School One Brand"

In recent years,there has been a phenomenon of insufficient physical activity among young people in primary and middle schools all over the country.The problem of young people's physical health has deeply troubled students and their parents,the existence of long-term problems has also been highly concerned and valued by the Party and the state,the opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on strengthening juvenile sports and enhancing the Physique of young people(No.7[2007] of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China)and the outline of the state plan for medium and long-term educational reform and Development(2010-2020)point out that,to effectively promote the scientific development of school sports,the Department of Sports,Health and art of the Ministry of Education in 2015 aimed at the current situation of the development of school sports,this paper puts forward the reform of physical education,which is to develop the school characteristic physical education and promote the new model of "one school one brand" physical education.Based on this policy,primary and middle schools across the country began to reform and create calisthenics,resulting in a large number of calisthenics projects with distinctive features.With the rapid development of calisthenics with distinctive features,problems also came along.In order to "go up and go down," individual schools,the consistent implementation of the "one school,one brand" policy,or in order to attract more attention and other reasons,only other successfully created and compiled the characteristics of the break for a simple imitation and copy,failed to give full play to the initiative and creativity,it deviates from the original intention of "one school,one brand" policy formulation of the Department of Sports,Health and art of the Ministry of Education.In view of this situation,it is particularly urgent and necessary to carry out empirical research on the creation of school calisthenics under the background of "one school,one brand".This study used the methods of Literature,Expert Interview,Field Survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and case study to study the creation and compilation of colorful poem rhyme,which is a special class exercise on campus,this paper sums up the train of thought,principles and methods of creating and compiling,enriches and perfects the theory of creating and compiling calisthenics between classes,and promotes the formation of characteristic brand of calisthenics in schools,for more schools to promote "one school,one brand" and characteristics of the creation and implementation of calisthenics to provide reference.Through the investigation and analysis of this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The main reasons for the poor effect of some campus recess exercises are: the implementation of recess exercises is superficial,mere formality,creative thinking is solidified,more transplants,more innovation,lack of science;evaluation of recess exercises light quality,emphasis on form.2.Experts have a high score on the artistry and innovation of the characteristic recess exercises of "Hua cai Shi yun".The score of artistic creation is 18(out of 20)and the score of innovation is 18.6(out of 20).About 90% of the teachers interviewed thought that the action was relatively simple,and about 71% of the students surveyed liked this set of recess exercises.3.The method of transplanting and innovation,symmetry and balance,splicing and transformation are used to create the characteristic calisthenics in Hua Cai Shi Yun.The composition of the special calisthenics of "Hua Cai Shi Yun" should be scientific,safe,artistic,cultural,easy to learn,healthy and mind-building.4.The characteristics of Calisthenics in "Hua Cai Shi Yun" are as follows: The combination of traditional culture and poetry culture,the combination of drilling and dancing,the improvement of students' physical quality and the enrichment of students' spirit.The characteristics of music production are: The combination of traditional national musical instruments and electronic music to produce pure music,according to educational needs,choose different poems to let students sing along with the melody.The thinking of creating characteristic calisthenics includes the following parts: the diversity of attribute,the beauty of external form,the multi-dimension of education,the nationalization of music choice,and the Law of Students' physical and mental development.5.The characteristic calisthenics of "Hua Cai Shi Yun" can be practiced and promoted through pe teaching,big class break and competition.At the same time,you can also print the "Chinese poetry rhyme" features of the break exercise manual,the release of small video network,the creation of promotional links and other ways to promote the network.6.The characteristic calisthenics of Hua Cai Shi Yun laid a foundation for the characteristic brand construction of Nan Shang Shan Jie Primary School and set up a scientific evaluation mechanism.The next step is to organize regular seminars on evaluation results,through the subject of seminars,peer exchanges and other forms of scientific research activities to strengthen benchmarking with schools across the country.
