Theoretical Analysis And Design Research On The Creation Of Elementary School Basketball Characteristic Inter-class Exercises

In response to the call of "one school,one ball,one exercise" promoted by the Ministry of Education,actively promote the activities of "one ball,one exercise" into the campus.The author creates and compiles on the basis of traditional inter-class exercise,combines it with basketball,and creates a special inter-class exercise activity suitable for the physical quality development of primary school students in the new era.Fully implement the guiding ideology of "health first" in quality education,promote special inter-class exercises,make it a planned and organized physical activity class,enhance the atmosphere of campus sports culture,and cultivate students’ sports interests and habits,so as to improve the physical and mental health of students.This research takes the creation and compilation of the characteristic basketball inter-class exercise in Yinhe Road Primary School in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City as the research object.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The characteristic inter-class gymnastics of elementary school basketball is a very feasible way of exercise.It is simple to operate,safe and reliable,and has strong interest,which is conducive to development and popularization,and is in line with the current state of schools in our country to carry out inter-class exercises and the needs of the development of sports in the times.(2)Combining the two physical exercise methods of basketball and radio gymnastics,the inter-class exercise with basketball characteristics is designed.It is applied to primary schools and enriches the form and content of the inter-class exercise.It is a very distinctive and innovative teaching method..(3)Primary school basketball characteristic inter-class exercise is a set of scientific and reasonable sports,which can exercise students’ endurance;through the training of students’balance,flexibility,coordination and other aspects in sports,it can enhance students’ ability to basketball characteristic inter-class exercise.interest,enhance the atmosphere of school sports culture,and adapt to the characteristics of the age,physical and psychological development of primary school students in the new era.(4)Analyzing and investigating the basketball characteristic inter-class exercises of Yinhe Road Primary School in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City,it is found that the interclass exercises have a good effect and are well received by teachers and students,which can provide reference value for the future teaching work of inter-class exercises.
