Research On The Creation Of Doll Exercises For Large Class Children

By using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,the author studies the development and change of large class children in the one-year doll practice.The main point of this study is that the creation of large class children and the practice of small class in L center kindergarten are beneficial to promote the healthy development of children’s body and.It is suggested that the creation of children’s dolls should follow scientific principle,step by step principle,developmental principle,childlike interest principle,safety principle Principle of totality.Among them,the method of creating children’s dolls includes whole conception method,segment method and combination method.The results showed that the heart rate of the whole set of exercises was controlled between the normal heart rate range was in line with the characteristics of children’s physiological development.On that basis,four recommendations were made:(1)The relevant competent departments should pay more attention to and support the project,regularly organize preschool teachers to study and train their basic skills,improve their professional ability and overall skills,and later create more light equipment exercises for young children to better promote the development of children’s physical and mental health;(2)Relevant departments and schools in provinces,cities and districts should organize more promotional activities such as competitions and performances for children to play casual exercises,promote the development of children’s exercises,hold regular national research and development meetings and competitions for light equipment exercises,and better promote children’s light equipment exercises;(3)It not only enriches the form of children’s sports activities,but also enriches the content of children’s sports activities,which adds fresh blood to the children’s big classes.On the one hand,it enhances the children’s physical quality,on the other hand,it attracts the children’s attention through this novel form;(4)Kindergarten should constantly improve the equipment of children’s sports facilities,especially increase the cloth sports equipment with low requirements for the venue,and promote the steady and healthy development of the national physical quality should start from the early childhood.
