Objective:Taking 24 trained and untrained male college students as the target,60%VO2max intensity was used for 30 minutes of continuous treadmill exercise. The energy metabolism characteristics of the quiet and medium-intensity continuous exercise states of the trainees and untrained were studied. The characteristics of energy metabolism of athletes and non-trainers before, during and after exercise, compare the metabolic differences between trainers and untrained at different stages, and provide some theoretical and practical references for sports training and fitness practice.Methods:Twenty-four male college students were used as experimental objects.Among them, there were 12 athletes in the school track and field training team?both athletes of the second level and above?,and 12 ordinary college students. The research object used K5portable gas analysis instrument and running platform to complete three experimental tests. The first test was to measure the maximum oxygen uptake to determine the intensity of 60%VO2max.The second test was performed at an interval of 48 hours. In the second test, the research the subject completed a gas metabolism test in a fasting quiet sitting position,a 30%60%VO2max intensity treadmill exercise, and a gas recovery test in a 30 minute recovery period. On the morning of the next day of recovery,a third fasting quiet sitting 15 minute gas metabolism was performed. The gas metabolism data were then used to analyze and analyze the energy consumption and substrate metabolism characteristics of the subjects in the quiet sitting position, exercise phase, recovery phase, and next day quiet sitting position.Among them, the quiet sitting position uses the data of the last 5min of the 15min test to calculate the energy consumption and related indicators in the quiet state;the data of the 30min exercise phase and the data of the 30min recovery phase are analyzed;in order to observe the temporal changes of the metabolic characteristics, the 30min exercise period and The 30-minute recovery period was segmented, and the data for each segment of the exercise and recovery periods?1 segment at 10 min,a total of 3 segments?were analyzed.Test analysis indicators mainly include:oxygen uptake?VO2?,carbon dioxide emissions?VCO2?,respiratory quotient?RQ?,heart rate?HR?,metabolic equivalents?METs?,sugar energy?kcal/day?,fat energy?Kcal/day?,total energy consumption?kcal/day?,sugar energy supply percentage?CHO%?,fat energy supply percentage, etc.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to analyze metabolic indicators of quiet state before exercise, during exercise, recovery period after exercise, and the morning after recovery. The independent sample T test was used to compare the relevant indicators of trainers and non-trainer at the same stage.Result:?1?The fat supply energy and sugar supply energy and total energy consumption of the trainers and non-trainers in the 30min exercise period were significantly higher than the quiet sitting position before exercise?P<0.05?,in which the fat supply energy and The total energy expenditure and the percentage of fat energy supply have significant statistical difference between exercise 21-30min and exercise 11-20min?P<0.05?.The fat supply energy and total energy consumption of those without training at 21-30min are 11-min.Compared with 20minutes,there was no statistical difference?P>0.05?.?2?In the recovery phase, there was no statistical difference between the amount of sugar oxidation of the trainers and those without training at 21-30 minutes compared with the amount of sugar oxidation in the quiet sitting position before exercise?P>0.05?;The fat supply energy and total energy consumption during the recovery of 21-30 minutes were significantly higher than those in the quiet sitting position before exercise?P<0.05?;the fat supply energy and sugar supply energy of the trained and untrained persons in the quiet sitting position the next day and Compared with the quiet sitting position before exercise, there was no statistical difference in total energy expenditure?P>0.05?.?3?For the trained and non-trained persons,in the quiet sitting position, exercise for 30minutes,recovery for 30 minutes, and the next day sitting position, the heart rate of the trained person was significantly lower than that of the untrained person?P<0.05?;in the quiet sitting position, exercise for 30 minutes In the recovery period of 30 minutes and the sittin g position of the next day,the total energy consumption of the trained person was significantly higher than that of the non-training person?P<0.05?;in the quiet sitting position and the sitting position of the next day,the fat oxidation amount of the trained person was significantly higher than that of no training?P<0.05?,there was no significant difference in the amount of sugar oxidation?P>0.05?;in the exercise and recovery phases, the amount of sugar oxidation of the trainees was significantly higher than that of the untrained?P<0.05?,in There was no significant difference in the amount of fat oxidation?P>0.05?.Conclusion:?1?From the perspective of a 60%VO2max intensity for 30 minutes of continuous exercise, the total energy consumption level, fat metabolism level, and glucose metabolism level of the trainers and untrained are higher than those before the exercise. After 20 minutes of exercise, the total energy consumption level, fat oxidation level, and fat energy percentage of the trainees increased significantly, while this phenomenon was not significant for the non-trainers.This is of great significance for long-term exercise energy supply and rapid energy and material savings in the later period of exercise, and is a benign adaptation for the body.?2?From a recovery process of 60%VO2max intensity after 30 minutes of continuous exercise, after 20 minutes of recovery, the glucose metabolism levels of the trainers and non-trainers returned to the levels before exercise, but the total energy consumption level and fat metabolism level were still higher than the levels before exercise. It is suggested that the recovery period after exercise is still an important period of fat metabolism;the total energy consumption level and substrate metabolism?fat metabolism and sugar metabolism?of the trainers and non-trainers the next morning are restored to the levels before exercise.?3?From the comparison between trainers and non-trainers,the metabolic level?total energy consumption?of the trainers was higher than that of those without trainers in the quiet sitting state, exercise process, recovery process, and quiet sitting state the next day before exercise; In the quiet sitting state?before and after the next day of exercise?,the fat metabolism level of the trainers was higher than that of the non-trainers,and there was no significant difference in the glucose metabolism level;during the exercise and recovery process, the glucose metabolism level of the trainers was high There was no significant difference in fat metabolism levels among those without training. It is suggested that during the exercise, the trainer mainly meets the higher absolute intensity by increasing the use of sugar;in the quiet state, the fat oxidation rate of the trainer is enhanced, and long-term exercise training may help improve the fat metabolism level in the quiet state.?4?Whether in the quiet sitting position, the exercise phase and the recovery phase, the heart rate of the trainees is lower than that of the untrained, but there is no significant difference between the two at the beginning of the exercise, which reflects the body's good adaptation to long-term training.
