Objective: Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is closely related to obesity. It is a major risk factor for type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease, and the global prevalence rate is increasing year by year.Moderate-intensity exercise has a significant effect on the treatment of NAFLD,but the effect of the same exercise regimen varies from person to person.APOA5 rs662799 and APOE rs429358 are genes involved in lipid metabolism. In this study,moderate-intensity exercise was performed in patients with NAFLD to investigate the effect of moderate-intensity exercise on the presence of APOA5 rs662799 and APOE rs429358 genotypes in patients with NAFLD,and to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of moderate-intensity exercise in patients with this genotype.Research method: Sixteen patients(10 males,6 females)who were not included in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were finally included in the B-ultrasound diagnosis, medical examination, and exercise risk screening study. All subjects ranged in age from 32 to 56 years with an average age of 47.13 ± 6.57 years.Subjects were tested for APOA5 rs662799 and APOE rs429358 genotypes before exercise intervention.According to the test results, subjects with both wild type genes in APOA5 rs662799 and APOE rs429358 genotypes were classified as wild type(10 persons),including mutations, etc.Subjects of the gene were classified as heterozygous(6 persons). The subjects underwent aerobic combined resistance exercise with a 3-month exercise intensity of 50-60% of the reserve heart rate, and compared changes in body shape, body composition, and blood biochemical parameters before and after the experiment.Data statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statictics 21.0 software, the normality of the data was assessed by the Shapiro-Wilk test, the data in accordance with the normal distribution was expressed as mean±standard deviation(mean±SD),and the homogeneity test of variance was performed using Fisher’s test, gene Paired sample T test was used before and after intervention. The independent sample T test was used to compare the differences between the wild type and the heterozygous type before and after the intervention. The wild-type and heterozygous groups were compared using an independent sample T test.Data that does not conform to normal are represented by the median(quartile)and are checked by Mann-Whitney.P < 0.05 was considered to be a significant difference.Result: There was no significant difference in body shape, body composition, blood lipids and liver function between the two groups in the wild type and heterozygous group before exercise intervention and exercise intervention(P>0.05).Body weight(P<0.01),BMI(P<0.05),waist circumference(P<0.05),hip circumference(P<0.01),HDL-C(P<0.0.1),LDL in the wild type group before and after exercise intervention.-C(P<0.05),DBIL(P<0.01),TBIL(P<0.01),IBIL(P<0.01)showed a significant decrease,ApoA1(P<0.05)significantly increased;heterozygous body weight(P< 0.05),BMI(P<0.05),waist circumference(P<0.01),hip circumference(P<0.05),de-fat soft body weight(P<0.05),there was a significant decrease;the BF% of the heterozygous group decreased more than wild.Type group(P>0.05).Non-alcoholic fatty liver improvement, the overall effective improvement rate of wild type is 70.0%,the overall effective improvement rate of heterozygous non-alcoholic alcoholic fatty liver is 66.7%.Conclusion: Moderate-intensity exercise intervention can treat non-alcoholic fatty liver, reduce weight, improve blood lipids and liver functionthree months ago.NAFLD patients through the medium-intensity exercise intervention program, due to different genotypes of NAFLD improvement effects.Genotyping is one of the factors that cannot be ignored.Moderate-intensity exercise is more helpful to improve the body shape, body composition and liver function of patients with heterozygous NAFLD,help to prevent and treat liver damage;exercise is more inclined to wild-type gene in serum lipids and liver function in patients with NAFLD Improvement of erythromycin.
