A Study On The Influence Of Tourists' Uncivilized Behavior On Their Guilt And Behavior Modification

In recent years,China's tourism industry has developed fastly,at the same time,the uncivilized behavior of tourists has also attracted great attention.The uncivilized behavior of tourists will bring unpredictable losses to the scenic area on the one hand,and affect the overall national image of China on the other.Reducing the uncivilized behavior of tourists and its impact requires the efforts of the government,the people,and the scenic area.Studying the psychological and behavioral changes of tourists after their uncivilized behaviors will have a positive role in improving or reducing the occurrence of uncivilized behaviors in scenic spots,governments,and the public.This article takes tourists from the scenic area as the research object,and puts forward hypotheses based on the research theories of uncivilized behavior,selfreflection,guilt,and behavior modification by scholars at home and abroad,and constructs a theoretical model of their interaction.On the basis of previous research results,the three dimensions and measurement indicators of tourists' uncivilized behavior are summarized,and the measurement indicators of self-reflection,guilt,and behavior modification are formed,so a preliminary questionnaire is formed.Then through a small sample survey,the questionnaire and measurement indicators were further improved.Later,through questionnaire distribution in major scenic spots and online,and analysis of the collected data,explored the impact of uncivilized behavior of tourists on guilt and behavior modification,and whether self-reflection played an intermediary role in this process.The results of the study have gained some enlightenment in the management of the scenic spot and reducing the uncivilized behavior of tourists.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The uncivilized behavior of tourists has a significant positive impact on guilt and behavior modification.2.The uncivilized behavior of tourists has a significant positive effect on self-reflection.3.Self-reflection has a significant positive effect on guilt and behavior modification.4.Self-reflection plays an intermediary role in the influence of tourists' uncivilized behavior on their own guilt and behavior modification.Based on the above research,this article proposes 1,transforming traditional ideas and treating tourists appropriately.2.Establish scenic spot specifications and strengthen tourists' awareness of rules.3.Improve service procedures and rationalize service design.4.Reasonably carry out the enlightenment of tourists' moral education and guidance,etc.,in order to play a certain reference role in the actual operation and management of the scenic spot.The main innovations of this article are: 1.Research content innovation: From the literature review,we can know that there are relatively few research contents on the uncivilized behavior of tourists and their own after-effects from the perspective of tourists at home and abroad.On the basis of previous studies,this study studies the influence of tourists' uncivilized behavior on their own post hoc reactions,which enriches the theoretical framework of related research to a certain extent.2.Innovation of research methods: At present,there are relatively few studies on the mechanism of tourists' uncivilized behaviors on their own post hoc reactions.Based on previous studies,this paper designs a scale for uncivilized behaviors and their own post hoc reactions.Establishing an impact mechanism model through methods such as questionnaire surveys has certain innovations.Application innovation: This article studies from the aspects of tourists' guilt,self-reflection,and behavior modification.The research results can provide a certain basis for the operation and management of the scenic spot.At present,domestic research is mainly carried out from the level of government and moral public opinion,with certain innovation.
