The development of education cannot be separated from teachers. The key to the success of education reform lies in teachers.Normal college students,as the backbone of future teacher positions, their professional skills, basic literacy development level, directly affect and determine the overall quality of education in the future. The complexity of education itself,as well as the variability and concurrency of classroom data, have brought great challenges to the accurate and multi-dimensional classroom teaching research. How to quantify the teaching behavior of teachers in the classroom and analyze the real and complex classroom data in depth to find its essence is a big problem in today's education research. With the advent of the era of intelligent interconnection, the automation and intelligence of software and hardware are changing with each passing day.The emergence of intelligent camera glasses and automatic video coding software provides convenience for subjective perspective,a new research perspective, and the analysis of teachers' classroom teaching behavior. The development of automatic data analysis software brings new possibilities for the automatic and efficient analysis of complex classroom data.First,Based on the intelligent camera glasses and video automatic coding software,as well as the self-developed data automatic analysis software, this study selects a total of 20 primary school education professional internship normal students and expert teachers, and collects their subjective visual behavior path in classroom teaching, that is,recording the teacher's subjective video in classroom. Then,by using the video automatic coding technology and data automatic analysis software, the subjective video images of many interns and expert teachers are quantized, collected, analyzed and summarized from three aspects: "visual subject dimension","visual variable dimension","frequency and duration of interaction between teachers and students".In the end,the analysis of classroom teaching behavior is carried out from the subjective perspective,in order to understand the differences of visual behavior between the students in Teachers' practice and the teachers in experts' teaching. It is found that there are significant differences in the visual behavior characteristics between the teachers and the students.Especially in the first ten minutes of the beginning of the class, there are significant differences in each dimension. It is mainly reflected in the fact that the proportion of experts and teachers' attention to different groups of students is more uniform and stable, the frequency of interaction with students in class is higher, and the number of video changes is less. The students are easy to be interfered by external factors, their mood fluctuates obviously, and their eyesight stability is poor.Based on the above findings, the researchers conducted a deeper exploration and mining of the visual behavior differences between the students and the teachers, trying to find out the deep reasons for the differences from the data analysis results. After the research and analysis,it is found that due to the lack of practical teaching experience, the lack of preparation before class, and the lack of careful design of teaching links, the lack of teaching safety, the obvious mood fluctuation, the uncertain vision, and the confusion of thinking jumping, the differences between the students and the teachers are obvious. In order to improve the development of normal students' professional skills, based on the analysis results of subjective visual behavior characteristics, the following suggestions are proposed:(1)to participate in the practice training of professional skills, and conscientiously do a good job of self summary and reflection;(2)to be fully prepared before class, and to communicate with experienced teachers in time when there are problems.(3)Keep emotional stability in class, pay attention to different groups of students in a balanced way, keep their eyes steady, actively exercise and improve their ability to deal with emergencies.
