Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Institution-based Trust On Information Disclosure Intention In Mobile Office Application

Mobile office application provides a new possibility for the digital era,which makes remote collaborative office become reality.However,in the development of mobile office application services,the protection of user's personal information has become increasingly prominent.Information leakage events as well as the excessive collection and use of users' personal information caused users' privacy concerns,which reduces users' willingness to disclose personal information of applications.Based on the theory of institution-based trust,this paper studies how the institutional trust of users to mobile office applications affects their personal information disclosure willingness through trust belief.On this basis,the privacy calculus theory is introduced to explore the intermediary mechanism between perceived information disclosure risk and perceived information disclosure benefit in trust belief and users' personal information disclosure intention,It also analyzes the regulatory mechanism of rigorous personality in the relationship between trust belief and information disclosure intention.464 questionnaires and 290 effective questionnaires were collected by questionnaire.The reliability and validity of Smart PLS 3.0 and structural equation model were analyzed.Empirical research shows that: 1)there is a significant positive correlation between users' institutional trust in mobile cloud computing applications and their willingness to disclose personal information;2)trust belief plays an intermediary role between institutional trust and their willingness to disclose personal information;3)perceived information disclosure risk and perceived information disclosure income play an intermediary role between trust belief and users' willingness to disclose personal information;4)Conscientiousness can influence the relationship between trust belief and personal information disclosure intention.When conscientiousness is low,compared with that when conscientiousness is high,the negative impact of users' trust belief on perceived information disclosure risk is reduced,while the positive impact of trust belief on perceived information disclosure risk is also reduced.The results of empirical analysis can further enrich the research results of institution-based trust and personal information disclosure intention in theory,and guide the developers of mobile office applications in practice by setting up effective supervision mechanism,establish and improve the privacy policy,the implementation of the privacy protection technology,and through the specification of the interface and process design system of mechanism,to protect users' personal information and privacy,so as to improve the user's personal information disclosure.
