Japan is one of the first countries in the world to enter aging.For the survival and development of Japanese society itself,plans to attract more foreigners to study and work in Japan after graduation came into being.About 30% of fresh graduates in China choose to stay in Japan for employment every year.In this article,through interviews,combined with Benedict's "Chrysanthemum and Sword",a work describing Japanese cultural traits,it is concluded that the Japanese workplace has a highly stratified,strong group consciousness,and subtle and complex cultural traits.From these three Starting with the traits,it analyzes the problems encountered by the group of Chinese students studying in Japan.The differences between Chinese and Japanese culture are hidden behind these problems.Finally,in the process of analyzing and adapting to the workplace,it was found that most of the interviewers were very willing to get close to the Japanese at the early stage,learn the Japanese dress and lifestyle,and try to become a "Japanese" in order to be in the workplace.Seeking a more stable development space.However,after a period of experimentation,some people began to return to themselves and find Chinese characteristics.Some people will adapt to the situation and decide whether they are in the "Japanese model" or "Chinese model" according to the occasion.Some people have completely adapted to Japanese life.
