A Study On The Mutual Assistance For The Aged In Rural Areas

The focus and difficulty of China's old-age care lies in the countryside.In the process of China's urbanization,with the young and middle-aged labor force going out for employment,the care function of the family for the aged is gradually weakened,and the living care and spiritual consolation of the elderly left behind in rural areas are increasingly prominent.Moreover,the socialized elderly care services in rural areas are seriously inadequate.All these make the elderly in rural areas more likely to have a sense of security,loneliness and loss in their daily life,which is not conducive to their physical and mental health.In order to solve this problem,in recent years,some grassroots governments have arisen according to the characteristics of rural areas to explore the upsurge of mutual assistance for the aged.These practices and explorations have made their due contributions to solving the problems of mutual care,spiritual consolation and the current shortage of supply and demand of rural elderly services by serving the elderly at a young age.Taking the mutual aid Happiness Center in Z Town,Luoshan County as a case,this study USES Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,social support theory and human relations theory to systematically explore and study the content,characteristics and conditional dependence of mutual aid for the aged in rural areas.Through access to relevant data,field visits,comparative analysis,etc.,to Z town mutual happiness overall situation of operation and the elderly daily life under the premise of have a certain understanding,again to Z town mutual happiness way of elderly people,recreational activities,such as mutual way to further explore,through to the young to the old,old old people,management staff,volunteers and in-depth inter First,Z Town Mutual Help Happiness Hospital makes full use of the elderly's own advantageous resources and skills,enriches the elderly's spiritual and cultural life through mutual help,and brings joy and laughter to the mutual help happiness Hospital.Secondly,the rural mutual assistance for the aged is related to the age,educational level,marital status,psychological and health status of the elderly.Third,views to obtain first-hand information,and then study.The findings are as follows: the development of mutualassistance for the aged in rural areas cannot be separated from the mutual assistance for the aged,which is linked by geographical location,blood relationship and industrial relationship,and the mutual help,mutual trust,mutual tolerance and understanding among the aged.Fourth,rural mutual assistance for the aged cannot do without the support and security of the government.At the same time,through the research also found that the main problems are: the town of mutual aid happiness hospital elderly mutual understanding and participation in interaction is not high,the lack of rural mutual aid for the elderly professionals and mutual aid for the elderly resources channel narrow and other operational difficulties.On this basis,this study puts forward the following policy Suggestions: give play to the leading role of the government,raise funds through multiple channels,and explore the superior resources of the elderly through multiple channels.
