The teaching of history is one of the important ways for the country to carry out the civic education.Cultivating students' legal thinking in the history teaching of junior high schools is a practical need to help junior high school students improve the awareness,the emotions and the quality of legal thinking.At the same time,it is helpful for the country to finish the fundamental task of cultivating people in history subject.It has the value of the times.According to the result of a questionnaire survey of junior high school students from 15 middle schools in Yongji County,Jilin Province,in the history teaching of junior high schools,students lack the historical knowledge of legal thinking and their ability to innovate and transfer historical knowledge of legal thinking is weak,as well as the teacher often ignore cultivating students' ability of legal thinking.So it is particularly necessary to effectively cultivate students' ability to legal thinking in history teaching in junior high school.This article considers that taking the development history of legal thinking as the starting point,starting from historical knowledge and the characteristics of legal thinking.Reconstructing the knowledge system on the basic knowledge of law in the textbook,At the same time,strengthening students' awareness of rules by group cooperation teaching method.and to make students clear the concept of rights and obligations in the study of historical materials,the construction of historical situations,can effectively promote the cultivation of students' legal thinking in history teaching in junior high school.It also enables students to clarify the concept of rights by reading historical materials and constructing historical situation,which can effectively promote the cultivation of students' legal thinking in junior high school history teaching.Practice has proved that the cultivation of the junior high school students' legal thinking is not only good for the all-round development of middle school students,but is also conducive to the implement the socialist school running direction and leveraging the educational function of history subject.Of course,cultivating legal thinking of junior high school students is a long process.It requests teachers to continuously improve their legal quality in their professional development and continuously innovate teaching strategies and change teaching methods.
