Since the founding of new China,especially since the reform and opening up,Our socialist legal system has never stopped,The line of " rule by law" is also gradually clear.High school students are the future builders and successors of the motherland,the ideological level of high school students also represent the future level of social thought.Strengthen the legal consciousness education of middle school students,improve students' legal consciousness,is an important measure for the formation of the whole society consciousness of law abiding atmosphere.As an important part of the humanities and Social Sciences,the history subject should take the responsibility of cultivating the legal consciousness of middle school students.Therefore This paper studies the cultivation of legal consciousness in the history teaching of high school,in order to benefit the teaching of history teachers.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reasons of choosing the topic,the related research and the related concepts.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of legal consciousness in the history teaching of senior high school.Through the questionnaire survey,collected a large amount of data,through the objective analysis of the data obtained in the current high school history teaching legal awareness of the problems.The third part discusses the significance of the cultivation of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school.Mainly in three aspects: to give full play to the educational function of history;to the development of the times call for the legal consciousness of students,improve the students' level of legal awareness;is conducive to promote the all-round development of students.The fourth part is the analysis of the connotation of the cultivation of legal consciousness in the history teaching of senior high school and the relevant legal content in the textbook.There are four main aspects: the awareness of legal authority;the consciousness of freedom and democracy;the sense of restriction and supervision;the consciousness of rights and obligations.The fifth part is the implementation strategy of the cultivation of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school.They are: to establish a modern educational concept;to draw up the teaching objectives scientifically and rationally;to adopt a variety of teaching methods and to enrich the teaching activities;to establish and improve a scientific and rational evaluation system of history.The sixth part is the matters needing attention in the cultivation of legal consciousness in history teaching in senior high school.Mainly from the two aspects of teachers and resources.
