The statement of Comrade Deng Xiaoping "establishing the legal concept among all thepeople" was referred to:"the important ongoing problem in the constructing the legal systemis the education and the essential issue is the education of people. Legal education should startfrom baby, while the primary, secondary education and the society should also carry on theeducation." What’s constitute the basic of civil society is the cultivation and the improvementof citizen’s legal consciousness. Give prominence to legal history teaching through theprocess of high school history teaching and design direct legal terminology teaching, thus,foster students historical consciousness in the cultivation and promotion of financialawareness of rules. In the real historical evolution and special sense of space and time,students achieve the social consciousness of rule and sublimate to the rational cognition,consequently, consciously abide by the legal system of civil society.High school students’ legal awareness education which <The ordinary high school historycurriculum standard>comprise an important part of objective,it is not only a long-termstrategic task in the process of educational reform and development but also is an importantpractical issue in education field.History Required Textbook (A) based on legal historyresources as the carrier of history knowledge,which the perspective of the three-dimensionaltarget guide students to shape a sound consciousness of rule of law.High school historyteaching is the basis of improving students historical consciousness, literacy and humanities.Analyzing legal resources of history textbooks and designing the teaching strategies are basedon the three-dimensional targets. Grasping and understanding the relevant legal resources inhistory textbook is that testing students’"knowledge and ability" aspects; the teaching processto design the relevant legal history resources teaching and guide, and then inspire students toaccept, is the practice and reflection on "process and method"; the way of teachers using therelevant legal history resources penetrating legal education to foster their law awareness, is the target implementation on "emotional attitudes and values".The relevant legal historyresources in textbooks, as a cultural heritage in the development process of human history, areimportant carriers and channels for cultivating high school students’ legal awareness.At present, in the high middle school history teaching, the teaching processes and methodsfor cultivating the legal consciousness of high school students to infiltrate law education byuse of the relevant legal history resources in history textbooks are worthy of furtherinvestigation. Important significance was taped the high school history teaching for thestudents’legal consciousness construction. The teaching design, and the mining or utilizing ofrelevant legal resources contributed a realistic and times significance in cultivating highschool students legal consciousness and studying the legal resources in the textbooks.Regarding the education perspective, combing the history textbook with the teaching ofhistory, we explore the significance and ways of constructing the civil society and legaleducation of senior middle school students.
