As human resources service industry enters a new stage of “one place contract,national service” in China,the establishment of uniform service standards and the improvement of the capacity and service level of service network are the foundation for the development of enterprises.In essence,the management of service network is the management of local suppliers that provide services.In the current market environment,companies not only need to manage the business of suppliers,but also cooperate with suppliers to seek survival and development together.Therefore,enterprises need to use a cooperative and win-win thinking to scientifically develop supplier management in order to improve their service capabilities and levels of national business while achieving a win-win situation with suppliers,and then stand out in the fierce market competition.This article first reviews the supplier management theory and literature,and then analyzes the current status of supplier management of company F based on related theories to find out the main problems that currently exist: lack of collaboration among various departments and supplier classification.Unscientific,inadequate supplier evaluation and evaluation management system,lack of supplier incentive mechanism,and then,in response to the existing problems of Company F,from building a management platform,reclassifying suppliers,improving the evaluation and evaluation system,and increasing supply In terms of business incentives and other aspects,the company's supplier management strategy was improved,and a set of comprehensive supplier management improvement plans adapted to the company's operating conditions,meeting the development needs of the company,capable of operating efficiently,and realizing F company's Scientific and effective allocation of supplier resources.At present,the research and application of related theories of supplier management in product manufacturing industries have been relatively comprehensive and mature,but the research on supplier management in the human resources service industry is not yet complete.The research in this article can not only improve the company's supplier management strategy,but also provide human resource service companies how to deal with supplier relationships in the same industry,build new types of cooperative relationships,and effectively use and allocate resources in the current fiercely competitive environment.A reference and useful attempt.
