Construction And Empirical Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The Provincial Sports And Leisure Town Development Level In Zhejiang Province

Sports and leisure town is a space development platform for sports industry,which is of great significance to promote the development of sports industry.At present,the development of sports and leisure towns has some problems,but there are also some problems,including the lack of outstanding characteristics,lack of cultural atmosphere,incomplete planning,and difficulty in project implementation.Sports and leisure towns in Zhejiang Province have achieved certain results in the development process,but also problems that need to be resolved in time.This article analyzes the content of the policy documents,documents and evaluation criteria for different types of characteristic towns by analyzing the country,provinces,cities,and other sports towns and other types of characteristic towns.Zhejiang Province's provincial sports and leisure town evaluation indicators provide support for the evaluation of sports and leisure towns in Zhejiang Province and promote the healthy development of sports and leisure towns.This paper uses the methods of literature data,expert investigation,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other methods to conduct theoretical and empirical research on the evaluation index system for the development level of sports and leisure towns.The study draws the following conclusions: The sports and leisure town is a comprehensive space platform that integrates and develops multifunctional and related industries,with sports and leisure as the main body,featuring a certain sports event or industry.Functional positioning of sports and leisure town construction: enriching people's demand for sports resources and driving sports participation;forming sports and leisure industry clusters,integrating multiple fields,promoting the development of sports industry,and becoming a new driving force for economic development;promoting the economic and social development of towns,Infrastructure construction to promote coordinated urban and rural development.The evaluation of the development level of sports and leisure towns mainly includes the following points: basic conditions,the town's characteristic sports industry,town supporting facilities,town public services,and ecological environment.After consulting and consulting experts and scholars,taking Zhejiang Province's provincial sports and leisure town assessment standards as the core,5 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 38 third-level indicators were established to form the provincial sports and leisure activities in Zhejiang.Town development level evaluation index system.It is suggested that the current town evaluation work should strengthen the statistical data of the town and unify the standards;strengthen management and strictly control the planning and construction of the town;establish a town data platform to promote the intelligentization of town data processing;combined with the future development of the town,Gradually improve the evaluation index system and evaluation content.According to empirical research,the current construction and development path of sports and leisure towns should consider the following points: make full use of existing resources,innovate sports programs,and develop characteristic industries;create high-quality brand events,and take advantage of the economic benefits brought by sports events;tap local culture The industry integrates the cultural spirit;integrates related industries to give play to the benefits of the "sports +" model;develops night projects to form a "white + black" business model;introduces professional talents to improve the town's operation management system;strengthens dynamic monitoring and management,and continues to develop Evaluation and supervision;Active use of Internet platforms for publicity and establishment of the town's own brand.
