The Research On Social Network Structure And Propagation Force Of Global Think Tank In Twitter

Since the 18 th national congress,the state has issued a series of documents on vigorously promoting the construction of think tanks.Social networks are playing an increasingly important role in economic and social life and have become an important public opinion platform for the public to discuss social issues and express public opinions.The global mainstream social media has become a gathering place for information interchange and public affairs discussion,as well as a place for global think tanks to provide thought products,release public issues,communicate with the public and enhance their influence.How to measure the transmission power of think tanks on social networks has become an important research topic under the background of new media.In this paper,on the basis of the characteristics of global think-tank on social networks,for propagation force influencing factors of the spread of the global think tank on the social network force index system,and using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the index weight,the propagation force by the crawler technology acquisition before the global top think-tank,the relevant index data,the analysis on the Twitter social network structure of global think-tank,obtain the global think tank the propagation force of ranking on social networking platform,and based on ranking results analysis,put forward China's global think-tank propagation force construction corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.The evaluation index system of global think tanks' communication power on social networks includes four first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators,including information communication scale,information communication content,interaction degree and user influence.In the social media,Twitter has built the closely connected global think tank social network structure,and there are two kinds of hierarchy structures at the core and the edge.Think tanks at different positions of the core level and the edge level have different propagation forces in the social network structure of think tanks,and think tanks located in the core area have stronger propagation forces.Think-tank propagation force on social networking and offline comprehensive influence of convergence,represented by the British developed countries still occupy the absolute superiority in the list,but there are also such as the world economy BBS,human rights watch and amnestyinternational offline real comprehensive influence of the global think tank into the top ten strong propagation force.The construction of the communication power of China's global think tank should improve the core position of China's think tank in the global think tank social network structure,strengthen the connection with other think tanks around the world,pay attention to and study globalization issues,and enhance the ability of theoretical innovation and discourse system construction.At the same time,we will promote the building of international communication capacity of Chinese think tanks,provide high-quality ideological products,expand global social network communication channels,and build an information communication team with rich media communication experience.
