The 2017 edition of the Biology Curriculum Standard for Senior High School regards the development of students' core literacy of biology as the purpose of the curriculum,and regards the concept of life and scientific thinking as the purpose of the curriculum.Scientific inquiry and social responsibility are the specific components of the teaching objective and core accomplishment of biology,and the concept of life is the characteristic of biology and the symbol and key of the core accomplishment of this subject.From the existing research and analysis,people do not know the concept and connotation of the concept of life in place,and the related teaching research is also relatively lack,therefore,this study is devoted to exploring the core connotation of the concept of life,at the same time,on the basis of analyzing the concept of life in the "Genetics and Evolution" module and the present situation of teaching,this paper finds out the problems faced by the cultivation of the core accomplishment of the concept of life,and puts forward practical teaching suggestions in order to provide reference for the theoretical and practical research on the cultivation of the concept of life.Based on the existing research results,this paper thinks that the core connotation of the concept of life can be interpreted as the view of structure and function,the view of evolution and adaptation,the view of steady state and balance,the view of matter and energy.At present,there are some problems in the process of cultivating students' concept of life by senior high school biology teachers: teachers lack the relevant theoretical knowledge of the concept of life;The teaching strategy of cultivating the concept of life needs to be perfected,and the evaluation mode of students is single.In view of these problems,some countermeasures are put forward: training teachers;creating a good academic atmosphere;enriching students' evaluation methods.This paper also takes the module of "Genetics and Evolution" as the carrier to study the life contained in the content of the teaching material.The concept is analyzed,and the teaching strategy of cultivating the concept of life is put forward: using model construction,analogical reasoning,creating situation,history of biological science,experimental inquiry,cultivating concept of life and other core accomplishment goals,such as drawing up concept of life,etc.On the basis of reasonable teaching strategies,this paper makes complete instructional design for the teaching contents of "replication of DNA" and "Origin of Modern Biological Evolution Theory" in the module of "Genetics and Evolution",and achieved good results.It provides reference for cultivating students' life concept in biology teaching in senior high school.
