Research On Development Strategy Of Ningbo Youth Table Tennis Training Market

Table tennis in Ningbo has a strong mass base,the number of groups involved in table tennis has been increasing.The growth of social demand has led to the continuous emergence of training institutions and th e development of the whole training structure.Based on the development characteristics of Ningbo juvenile table tennis training structure as the research object,on the basis of the research development training instit utions,and the coaches and students,students and parents to investigation and study,through combing the d evelopment of the juvenile table tennis training structure facts,analyze the problems existing in the develop ment of,and further puts forward pertinent opinions,prompting Ningbo juvenile table tennis training struct ure toward the healthy and stable development.Main results:(1)training institutions set up standard is low,institutional level is uneven,although the number of more overall quality difference is bigger,but competition is chaotic;(2)most of the members involved in the training are for the purpose of exercising,or just as a hobby,and are not fixed;(3)the employees of training institutions are less professional,most of them are amateurs,and they lack experience in training and management.(4)advice: from the Angle of government work,establish and improve the policy support,strengthen the juvenile table tennis training structure for the construction of the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the promotion and supervision work,clean up the industry management organizational structure,improve the industry management order,especially the table tennis training institutions and the qualification of coaches argument;From the perspective of training institutions,this paper puts forward some targeted Suggestions,such as increasing the training of comprehensive personnel in business management,standardizing the training courses,strengthening the effective evaluation of students and improving the service quality.
