Table tennis is in possession of a good public base in China.In the context of the current popularization of table tennis,the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education launched the national youth table tennis level examination standards in 2016.It aims to promote table tennis and lead and standardize the table tennis market,thus providing an authoritative,scientific and sustainable development of a benign examination system for young table tennis players.Its essence is to promote the development of table tennis reserve talents and provide a set of feasible evaluation standards with table tennis enthusiasts to indicate the training direction for the grass-roots coaches.Under this background,the grass-roots table tennis training base needs to explore an effective training plan for the table tennis level examination.The author introduces the concept of precision training,and establishes the actual operation steps of precision analysis,precision measurement and precision intervention.The grass-roots training base provides a set of precise training programs,improves the quality of coaches 'training,mobilizes athletes' enthusiasm for training,stimulates athletes ' enthusiasm for training and improves training efficiency.In order to analyze the content and training of the national youth table tennis level examination,the author uses the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,case analysis method,action research method to conduct a study.Literature method was applied to summarize and analyze the precision theory,and combine it with training,and then explore a set of precision training programs.Through the expert interview method,the author listens to the opinions and suggestions of the grass-roots coaches and university scientific researchers,and provide them with key precious and theoretical support for thesis writing.Accurately train athletes through experimental methods,and the data obtained are statistically analyzed using mathematical statistics.Through case analysis method and action research method,the athletes' training situation is analyzed accurately,and the following conclusions are drawn as following:(1)"Precision" refers to simplifying the problem and implementing actionable solutions to find the true cause,solution and action plan of the problem.According to the precise personalization,pertinence and scientific interpretation,combined with the nature and characteristics of youth table tennis training,construct the precise training theory of youth table tennis level examination,which mainly includes precise analysis,measurement and intervention.(2)Accurate analysis mainly analyzes the examination background,examination content,examination standards and examination methods of the national youth table tennis grade examination.In the national youth table tennis grading examination,the examination content is gradual,scientific and reasonable,but there is a lack of training guidelines and intervention case database for the grading examination.Through accurate analysis and construction of a precise intervention case base based on the technical,physical and psychological problems existing in the youth table tennis grading test,which provides a reference for the youth table tennis training base.(3)Under the concept of precision training,the athlete's sensitive qualities,displacement speed and core strength are measured through physical fitness tests.The national table tennis level examination standard was used to measure the athlete's technical level.In the test,it was found that the athlete's displacement speed and core strength had a significant impact on the improvement of the technical level in the short term,while the sensitive quality had no significant impact in a short term.(4)After the precision intervention experiment,the sig values of the experimental group and the control group in the 30-second skipping rope,four-meter touch table,crossed hand touch table,left-right attack,side-flapping,serving and receiving serve were 0.063 and 0.04 respectively,0.044,0.072,0.001,0.003,0.002,among which there is no significant difference between the 30-second skipping rope and the left push and right attack.The reason is that there is a time rule,and the effect is not obvious in a short time.In the process of precise intervention,the author discovered that there are major problems in athletes' "staring awareness" and "quick start".By cultivating athletes' "staring awareness" and quick start capabilities,athletes' technical level has been significantly improved.
