Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is called’national sport’ in China. In recent years China has been dominant in all kinds of international competitions, which exemplifies the highest level of this sport. It remains unchanged that Asia, especially East Asia, or more accurately speaking, China, has been in a position of prominence of dominance for a long time in the world of table tennis. On the contrary, other continents except Asia are insufficient in terms of table tennis talents and resources. As a leading force in the world of table tennis, China has the responsibility to help sportsmen of other countries. On the one hand, China needs to keep its momentum and to stay on the top. On the other hand, it is important to facilitate the development of this sport in other countries and make it accessible to more people in the world.Naturally, China’s third navigation plan of table tennis begins. The ping-pong giant now is searching for new models and paths in the development of this fascinating ball game in a way to improve its ability to remain alive and to advance its next level. The methods of literature consultation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and experts’ interview were being used to study and analyze the patterns of further developing the sport of table tennis under the guidance of the third navigation plan. The research led us to the following conclusion:1 International youth training camp in the arrangement of elements mainly develops competitive ability elements namely tactics training elements, physical elements of the training, game elements, and learn the business and other collaborative elements as a supplement, content comprehensive. Shanghai training camp has been paid more attention "to promote the practice, combining training and competition", while the training camp in Tunisia focuses on tactical training.2 International youth training camp pattern is divided four stages, namely adaptive training, qualifying game, four stages of tectonic cycle of training and competition and exchange. Developing the competitive ability of athletes training is the core, combined with the business of learning. It strengthens athletes in the specialized theory knowledge and self-diagnosis ability cultivation, and its contents is comprehensive. Furthermore, it effectively promotes the athletes training comprehensive ability promotion.3 In international youth training camp, technical and tactical training adopts the single ball, single and multi-ball, multi-ball training instruments, showing a diversification. It emphasizes the combination of players’basic abilities and personal characteristics development, and coordination of service, technical and tactical awareness and skills and footwork.4 Physical training, combined with the characteristics and trend of development of youth quality in special sensitive period, emphasizes speed and strength training, endurance, agility and coordination of the quality of collaborative development.5 Shanghai training camp 5 presents the structural characteristics of the "2+3 training, competition", that is,2 period of training and three segments of the competition binding mode. Training camp in Tunisia is showing a "2+2 training and competition structure characteristics, namely 2 period of training and 2 section of the competition binding mode. These two modes of training guarantees International Youth Training Practice Training Camp Schedule scientifically and effectively.
