| The choice of food,the change of diet space and the change of taste,the consumption purpose of diet imply the specific education and operation mechanism of diet.The change of children's diet choice in our country and the children's doctrine in family diet reflect the fusion and opposition of traditional value and modern value since the reform and opening up.Diet is not a simple physiological activity,it contains emotions,attitudes,values,beliefs and so on related to virtue,which can reflect Chinese ethics,continue cultural tradition,express national feelings,have culture,sociology,etc.The meaning of ethics at many levels.These humanistic traits make up children's eating experience and highlight drinking.The educational value of food.This study mainly uses the literature method,the observation method,the interview method and the image analysis method to make an in-depth study of the children's diet.The main body of the study is divided into the following three parts:The first part,contemporary social changes and their impact on children's diet.By analyzing the influence of social change on diet,this paper reveals the changes of eating time,space and ethics in Chinese,and probes into the influence of children in it.The second part,the educational value of diet,discusses the food itself and the dietary behavior,form and content related to diet to further demonstrate the spread of diet to traditional culture and the formation of national identity.The transmission of national spirit and national emotion and the maintenance of family ethics.The third part is the practical way of Chinese style "table education".On the basis of the above analysis,this paper focuses on how to protect the Chinese table education and how to give full play to the educational function of diet.The enlightenment of diet is a daily moral practice.By exploring the changes and operation mode of Chinese "table education",we can better carry out moral education for children in life. |
