Objective:To study the effects of simple high-fat diet and simple restrictive diet on adiponectin, leptin, soluble leptin receptor and other relative lipid metabolism indicators on rats, and provide theoretic evidence for dietary therapy of obesity. Methods:21 4-weeks male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, the control group were given normal diet, high-fat diet group were given high-fat diet and restricting group were given 20% restrictive energy diet. After 18 weeks feeding, we detected the serum indicators including the leptin, sLR, adiponectin, weight, Lee's index, LPL, HL, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C. Results:1. Comparing with the control group, the weight, the fat around the kidney and the fat around the epididymis are notably higher than these in high-fat diet rats(P<0.01). These indicators in high-fat diet rats are much higher than the restricting diet rats(P<0.05). The Lee's index in both high-fat diet and restricting diet rats are increased notably compared with the normal control group (P<0.01).2. Comparing with the control group, the serum Adipo are notably increased in the restricting diet group (P<0.01) and are notably decreased in the high-fat diet group(P<0.01). The serum Leptin are much lower in the restricting diet group than the control group (P<0.01),and the high-fat diet group are much higher than the control group (P<0.05). Comparing with the control group, the sLR are significantly increased in the restricting diet group and are significantly decreased in the high-fat diet group (P<0.01).3. Comparing with the control group, the serum TG,TC,LDL-C are both notably decreased in the restricting diet group (P<0.01) and are significantly increased in the high-fat diet group (P<0.01).Comparing with the control group, the HDL-C have not differences in both high-fat diet group and restricting diet group.4. Comparing with the control group, the serum LPL are increased significantly in the restricting diet group and notably decreased in the high-fat diet group(P<0.05). Comparing with the control group, the serum HL are decreased significantly in the restricting diet group and notably increased in the high-fat diet group (P<0.05). Conclution:1. After the feeding of 16 weeks of high-fat diet, it can be significantly increased in the serum Lp of the rats. It also can be notably decreased in the serum sLR and Adipo. Finally, the rats had increased the FFA in the serum and informed obesity.2. After 16 weeks, the simple 20% restrictive energy diet both can significantly decreased in the serum Lp of the rats. It also can be notably increased in the serum sLR and Adipo. Finally, this diet had influenced the FFA in the serum and influenced the obesity.4. After 16 weeks, both the simple high-fat diet and the simple 20% restrictive energy diet can significantly influence the serum LPL, HL of the rats. It reveals that the diet can influence the action of the LPL and HL, then it can influence the serum fat. Keywords:high fat diet; restrictive diet; adiponectin; Leptin;sLR...
