Objective:Understand the dietary status of XiangYinXian high school students and its influencing factors, so as to promote students’ physical and mental development, provide a scientific basis for healthy body.Methods:Adopt the method of cluster sampling according to the school, a random county secondary school students104people, each half of men and women, between the ages of15~18years old, with healthy body and no family history. The research content mainly includes the following several aspects:(1) We investigate personnel’s basic situation by the method of questionnaire, the eating habits, understanding of nutrition knowledge and attitude on four aspects to investigate.(2) the respondent’s height, weight and body composition are measured.Results:(1) County students who eat breakfast every day accounted for75.9%,81.6%of boys and girls (58.7%). Breakfast is given priority to with pasta class, noodles, dumplings, steamed buns, etc., followed by milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit intake less.(2) students choose food according to their own tastes and food price, followed by a friend’s recommendation and posters advertising, and the percentage of students who choose food according to the nutritional value is only2.9%.(3) students’ actual daily dietary intake are to achieve the requirement of the dietary guidelines, by contrast, boys are more dietary intake than girls, closer to the standard. Boys eat more grains than girls (4)it may be that the boys work the intake of staple food rice more than girls.(5) the boys and girls are far below the standard of dietary guidelines on Vegetables intake, a large part of the partial eclipse, high school students like eating meat, and stay at a respectful distance from vegetables.(6) girls daily intake of fruit more than boys, girls pay more attention to the intake of vitamin, it may also has relationship with girls who love beautiful skin.(7) if measured by BMI, the students in the first middle school in XiangYin County have67.3%in the medium level,24%underweight and8.7%overweight. In the students of underweight, girls proportion (30.8%) was obviously higher than boys (17.3%), and in overweight students, male students accounted for (9.6%) and (7.7%) is much higher than female students. The boys and girls have different criteria in the diet and the pursuit of physical perfection.Conclusion:The students in the first middle school in XiangYin County have no enough knowledge dietary nutrition, the food collocation is not reasonable, but attitude is good Compared with the Chinese nutrition society recommends of high school students dietary nutrition intake, most of the nutrients intake is low. School should be related to nutrition classes and a number of ways to popularize nutrition knowledge, guide the students scientific diet and dietary structure, the improvement, to improve high school students overall quality...
