As an interesting,antagonistic,team and collective sport,basketball has been popularized in the PE teaching of middle schools and has a considerable influence.It can not only improve students' physical quality,improve their professional skills,but also significantly optimize their psychological quality.Although the new curriculum standards have certain requirements on students' physical and psychological quality,it is not difficult to find that the requirements on students' psychological quality are more than the physical quality,and more and more scholars in the academic community have turned their attention to the impact of basketball on students' psychological quality.At present,there are still many problems in basketball teaching in middle schools in our country.On the one hand,in terms of teaching content and form,basketball curriculum,as a long-standing sports teaching project,has formed a relatively fixed teaching model and teaching content in years of teaching experience and experiments.For example,the content still focuses on basic posture,dribbling skills,passing and catching,and simple tactical coordination.Indeed,these teaching contents are the foundation that must be laid for learning basketball,but at present,they cannot meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard for individualized training of students.On the other hand,in the teaching concept of basketball,teachers attach too much importance to the imparting of professional skills and underestimate the impact of basketball teaching on students' psychological quality.Thirdly,in terms of basketball teaching facilities,the site construction is not perfect,and even a middle school has only one basketball court,which cannot meet the basic requirements of basketball teaching.Finally,on the assessment and grading methods,the traditional assessment and grading method is to use a unified evaluation criteria to the requirements and test each of the students,without considering the individual differences of students,students' learning ability and physical differences,for example,the unified evaluation criteria,not only will weaken the students' interest in learning,and curriculum standard advocates teaching standard is not unified,difficult to achieve a final goal of the teaching of quality education.As a new type of participatory teaching mode,the application of diathesis development training in basketball teaching can not only make up for the deficiencies in the traditional basketball teaching process,but also have certain practical significance in promoting the comprehensive development of students' value system.Therefore,it is necessary and feasible to introduce the outward bound training into physical education.However,at present,the quality development training project is more as corporate culture applied to the construction of the company,the application of the project in the compulsory education is very few,specific to the basketball teaching process is less,therefore,this paper will be applied to the middle school basketball teaching,this is a bold teaching attempt.This study adopts the methods of literature,investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out experimental research on the teaching effect of introducing dial-expanding training in basketball teaching in Yue puhu experimental middle school and analyzes the experimental results.Through this experiment,students' recognition of basketball courses,their familiarity with basketball skills,and their own physical qualities were significantly improved.In addition,it has a greater impact on the intrinsic qualities of students,such as their values and goals.Relevant research results show that:Quality development training can improve students' basketball participation and interest.Compared with the control class,the experimental class significantly improved the physical quality of students.(1)compared with students in the control class,students in the experimental class have significantly improved sports performance and teaching effect.Compared with the control class,the students in the experimental class who have carried out the quality development training have significant differences in basketball skills such as three-step layup,receiving and controlling the ball,passing and fixed-point shooting.(2)compared with the control class,students in the experimental class have richer contents in the physical education class due to the diversity of dieresis expansion training items,which makes the experimental students have higher awareness and recognition of dieresis expansion training,and further cultivate students' behavioral awareness of lifelong physical education and lifelong exercise.Advice:(1)teachers should update their teaching concepts.The combination of outward bound training and basketball is not a direct and simple application,we should pay attention to the suitability of outward bound training and the traditional basketball teaching goal,update the teaching concept,and use the outward bound training more flexibly.(2)teachers should pay attention to the primary and secondary teaching.The extension training itself exists in the traditional physical education as an auxiliary function.On the basis of the traditional physical education,more and more teaching forms are added to optimize the teaching atmosphere.No matter what kind of outward bound training project,must rely on the traditional physical education teaching project first,take completes the teaching goal as the foundation,must not let the outward bound training deviate from the physical education teaching program.(3)teachers should design scientific methods.Quality development training requires a high level of preparation before class.Teachers should design proper training programs and arrange teaching links according to students' different physical and psychological conditions,so as to complete teaching tasks and improve teaching quality,so as to promote students' physical and mental health and development.
