The "Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline"(trial)clearly states that "kindergartens should work closely with families and communities,connect with primary schools,comprehensively utilize various educational resources,and jointly create good conditions for the development of young children." Kindergartens,families,and communities They are three important places for young children to grow up,and have an important impact on their development.Home-school cooperative education is in line with the development trend of preschool education in the world,and it is an inevitable trend for the development of preschool education in China to meet the needs of children's physical and mental development.Does n't pay much attention.Therefore,research on home-school cooperative education is not only an urgent need for the current development of preschool education,but also an inevitable requirement for improving the quality of preschool education.So how can the quality of cooperative education in homes and communities be effectively improved in remote western areas where preschool education is developing slowly? Researchers combed the relevant literature at home and abroad,established the basic theory,adopted the "purposeful sampling" method,and selected a representative provincial demonstration park C in Changji City as the sample park.They comprehensively used the questionnaire method,The interview method,observation method and other methods were used to investigate and analyze the cooperative and co-education of the home garden community in C Park,and analyze it,and put forward some targeted suggestions.This research is mainly divided into four parts,the basic structure:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason for choosing the topic,the significance of the research,the research purpose,methods and the design process.The second part: the theoretical basis of cooperative education of homesteads.First,the three core concepts of cooperative education,demonstration kindergarten,and community were defined.Based on the theory of ecology and the theory of needs hierarchy,the main theories ofthe two theories and their enlightenment to the cooperative education of homesteads were explained.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the status of cooperative and co-education in the home garden community of C Garden.First,a systematic investigation was conducted on the awareness of the principals,teachers,parents,and community members of the value of the cooperative education of the home community,the construction of related systems,the forms of mutual education,and existing problems.Secondly,based on the survey results,the actual situation of cooperative and co-education of the home garden community was analyzed,and it was found that in the cooperative and co-education of the home garden,the institutional development of C-Park was relatively complete,and the forms of cooperative and co-education were diverse.There are still some shortcomings in the cooperation between the garden and the community,and the kindergarten,family and community are not closely connected,and the various educational resources are not fully used.Finally,according to the existing problems,the kindergarten,family,and community Three aspects analyze the factors that affect the cooperative education of homesteads.Part IV: Strategies to promote cooperative education of homesteads.The author believes that a child-oriented education concept should be based on the "Trinity" education model of kindergartens,families,and communities.It focuses on the growth of children and jointly promotes their comprehensive and harmonious development.First,kindergartens should increase their openness,comprehensively utilize various types of educational resources,optimize education and teaching activities,improve operating mechanisms,establish good partnerships with families and communities,and strengthen teacher training to enhance teachers' capabilities;second,communities should Improve the community education work organization,improve its management mechanism,continuously enrich the content and form of community education,actively carry out various types of co-education activities,and build an interactive network platform for home communities to coordinate and share educational resources.Finally,parents need to update their education concepts.Actively cooperate with kindergartens and communities to jointly create a good environment for young children to grow up.
