Teaching design is an important part of teachers' teaching work,and teaching design ability is one of the important abilities of teachers' professional skills,which has a very important impact on teaching implementation,teaching effect and teaching quality.Through the research on the teaching design ability of the backbone chemistry teachers in senior high schools,the development law and shortage of their teaching design ability are found,which provides some useful reference for promoting the professional growth of the backbone chemistry teachers in senior high schools.In carding the related research achievements of teaching design ability,on the basis of combining "the ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standard"(2017 version)to the requirements of teaching design and the high school chemistry teaching characteristics,select the "redox reaction" project as the carrier,compiled “the backbone teachers of high school chemistry teaching design ability questionnaire”,investigating high school chemistry teacher in Hebei Province,and make use of the sociological statistics software SPSS19.0 to collect 99 valid questionnaire data statistics analysis and combined with the three front-line teachers in-depth interviews to the following conclusion:(1)The teaching design ability of backbone chemistry teachers in senior high school is generally good;(2)High school chemistry backbone teachers' teaching design ability of eight dimensions development imbalance,analysis of the ability of learning is best,design the teaching process of the ability of the weakest,the remaining capacity according to the level from high to low in turn is: the teaching design for reflection ability,analysis ability of the teaching materials,design ability,ability to choose the teaching strategies of teaching evaluation,teaching and evaluation target of ability,the ability to grasp the "curriculum";(3)High school chemistry backbone teachers can recognize the importance of instructional design in the teaching work,but their cognition of instructional design is not comprehensive enough;The originality of instructional design is strong,but the material resources of instructional design are limited.It is difficult to understand the important links of instructional design accurately,and it is difficult to evaluate instructional design.It is believed that the most effective activities to improve the ability of instructional design are experience accumulation and teaching reflection.(4)There are subjective and objective factors affecting the teaching design ability of backbone high school chemistry teachers.There are individual differences in the influence of school type,teaching age,professional title,educational background,honorary title,and participation in the research above the county level on the teaching design ability of backbone high school chemistry teachers,but there is no statistical significance.The teacher's attitude and interest have certain influence on the teaching design ability.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the development of teaching design ability of backbone chemistry teachers in senior high schools:(1)Explore the way of independent learning and renew the concept of teaching design;(2)Improve the effectiveness of teacher training and promote the professional development of backbone chemistry teachers;(3)Give play to the advantages of team teaching and research to improve the quality of teaching and research activities.In order to improve the high school chemistry backbone teachers teaching design ability to provide useful reference.
