In classroom teaching,there is no any instructional design that go smoothly as expected completely,and there is no teaching plan that can meet the needs of all students.In the process of two-way communication between teachers and students,unexpected situations will inevitably occur.Facing these unexpected situations,teachers need to make judgments in time,regulate the teaching order effectively and restore the normal teaching process,which requires teachers to have a certain teaching tact.Teaching tact is an important manifestation of an outstanding teacher's superb teaching level,a teaching art that will have a positive impact on students,as well as a special teaching practice wisdom.In the teaching process,most experienced teachers intentionally or unintentionally use teaching wit to solve practical teaching problems and deal with incidents in the classroom,so as to maintain classroom order effectively,encourage students to participate actively,and ensure the normal conduct of classroom teaching.Teaching tact runs through the teacher's professional growth and development,and it is reflected in the teacher's ability to "make a prompt decision" and "adjust to changing circumstances " in the classroom teaching process.Based on the era background of the new curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination reform,this paper uses the literature method,survey method,classroom observation method and case study method to conduct research.Three teachers with different teaching subjects and rich teaching experience are selected as the research objects.They respectively teach junior high school Chinese,junior high school English and elementary school mathematics.By observing the classroom teaching of three teachers,I have a certain understanding of the use of teaching tact by teachers.Through the methods of interviews and text analysis,the three teachers' understanding of teaching tact and the strategies for generating teaching tact were learned.Based on the collation and analysis of the collected material,the factors influencing the generation of teaching tact are summarized.These factors include teachers' original knowledge and experience,teacher's personality and psychological quality as well as teaching situation.Although teaching tact is a kind of intelligent behavior that occurs in a short period of time,its generation follows a certain mechanism.The process of generation includes problem discovery,generation planning,action,and reflection.All links are intertwined and indispensable.Finally,according to the influencing factors of teaching tact,based on the analysis of the collected cases,the generation strategies of teaching tact are summarized,including strengthening knowledge learning,cultivating the personality and psychological qualities of teachers,focusing on reflection and research,and training innovative thinking.In terms of providing reference for other teachers,especially novice teachers,to help them realize the significance of teaching tact generation.
