Research On Employment Of Skilled Talents In Secondary Vocational Schools

General secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that "people's livelihood is the foundation of people's happiness and the foundation of social harmony." In the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,it pointed out that "employment is the biggest concern for people's livelihood.We must adhere to the strategy of giving top priority to employment and the proactive employment policy to achieve higher quality and more full employment." As an important part of the vocational education system,secondary vocational education plays an important role in solving people's livelihood problems,maintaining social stability and promoting economic development.The employment rate of secondary vocational graduates has always been high,but there are many problems hidden under the high employment rate.This paper by studying the characteristics of the secondary vocational school,skilled talents,jobs,and under the background of the current social employment situation,facing Zhangjiakou machinery industry school,for example,using the study concluded that persons with secondary vocational school are the problems existing in the course of employment,and then to solve these problems,put forward the Suggestions and countermeasures of targeted,the same types of vocational schools for the future how to solve the secondary vocational student's employment problem to provide the reference and draw lessons from,lay the foundation for development of vocational education of employment.This paper takes the employment of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools as the main line of research,and the specific research contents are as follows:The introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance of the paper and literature review,reviews the research status of the employment of secondary vocational students at home and abroad,puts forward the research direction of this paper and introduces the research methods to realize the use of this research,and expounds the concept of key words about the employment of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.The first chapter is about the characteristics and employment situation of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.This part is a study on the characteristics,employmentpositions and employment situation of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools under the current economic background,which has accumulated practical basis for the employment countermeasures of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.Chapter two: the current situation and problems of employment of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.This chapter takes zhangjiakou machinery industry school as an example to carry out investigation and research,and analyzes the employment status of secondary vocational students,including employment rate,employment stability,salary level,employment satisfaction,etc.,summarizes the employment problems of secondary vocational students in the employment process,and analyzes the causes of the formation of employment problems.It provides reference for the countermeasures of secondary vocational students' employment.Chapter three: the countermeasures of students' employment in secondary vocational schools.This part is the core part of the thesis.Based on the research and analysis of all the problems in the employment process of secondary vocational students,this part puts forward the targeted opinions and Suggestions from the four aspects of government,school,family and students for students to be able to obtain employment smoothly.Finally,the paper is summarized and reflected,the research results of the paper are summarized,and the shortcomings in the research are pointed out objectively.
