Study On The Problem Of The Secondary Vocational School Students' Employment In Tibet

From 2006, technical sachool(include higher and secondary)graduate students will face a change about the employment system in Tibet. If their employment problem wouldn't resolve, the economic construction and social stability will been influenced certainly, because of the secondary vocational school students are the cadre of the tchnique realm in Tibet. Research and inquiry into the employment problem is an important act.The essay according to the thinking, through investigating analysis, discovering problem, and putting forward countermeasures.Firstly, the essay looks back the change of the secondary vocational schools'employment system. From the angle of the history analyze effection and abuse of the past employment system. Secondly, through students will face the oppourunity and challenge, analyzing current problems and other questions. The fourth chapter expatiate the obstacle of the secondary vocationa school students'employment from social, economic, cultrual and educational angle. Finally, according to the conditions of Tibet put forward some strategy that government should do macro-control well, the secondary vocational school shoule strenthen the inner part reform, and students should raise their quality.The essay analyzed the existent problem of the secondary vocational school students'employment and investigated some problem-solving countermeasures, which has some certaim reference values for the employment system in Tibet.
