| As the employment competition is becoming more and fiercer, how to graduatesuccessfully is attaching more and more attentions. Cultivating operating skilled personnel isthe goal the vocational school set to train the students`abilities of operating and analyzing andsolving production problems. Distinguishing from the general high school students, theemployment quality of the students of the secondary vocational school is concerned widely.Therefore, the analysis on the employment quality of the students of the secondary vocationalschool is very important.The text regards the G secondary vocational in Weihai as the research object, selectsrandomly300graduates of2008to2010in many majors, adopting the questionnaire form bysending E-mails, contacting on Tencent QQ, and sending the questionnaires. The research isaimed to find out the situation of the employment quality, the questions in the situation andput forward countermeasures and suggestions. The author wish the research could providesome illumination and help to the promotion of the employment quality of the students of thesecondary vocational school.The text has four parts. Part one is an introduction, which introduces the background ofthe choice item, meanings, current conditions of the study, and the relating references and themethods adopted in the investigation and study. In part two, some graduates of many majorsfrom the G School in Weihai are selected randomly to make the follow-up investigation of theemployment quality. Part three gives the conclusion in accordance to the investigations, theproblems and the reasons in the employment quality of the graduates in Weihai area,including the management pattern of the school is relatively simple, and the personal qualitiesof the graduates are not high and so on. While the last part is to discuss how to improve theemployment quality of the students of the secondary vocational school and put forward thecountermeasures. |
