This article explores the teaching effect,mechanism and immediate feasibility of "instant feedback" in the hurdle teaching of physical education majors.It mainly uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and experimental method Research methods such as video analysis method and mathematical statistics method were used to carry out teaching experiments on undergraduates majoring in physical education at grade 18.By analyzing the data obtained,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Immediate and accurate feedback helps to strengthen students 'awareness of the next column in the technical teaching of the next column,deepens students' understanding of the tasks and purposes of the next column,and helps students to establish a stable post-fence action reflex circuit.,Speed ??up the technical and automated process of action.(2)The instant feedback device uses the photoresistor sensing principle and the buzzer's sound transmission method to achieve immediate or instant feedback of the location below the bar;the combination of the central processing system and the sensing system makes the sensing accuracy reach the centimeter level and can display,Easy to record,these structures and functions ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the location feedback below.(3)The immediate feedback device can have a positive impact on the hurdle running beginner's under the hurdle landing technology,especially in terms of promoting swing leg depression,accelerating cross-leg lifting and ensuring hard landing support,etc.Key indicators that have a direct impact on technical performance such as time use,straddle running,and horizontal speed loss have produced good results.These include the angular velocity of the swinging leg(318.72 ° / s in the experimental group,282.75 ° / s in the control group),the landing angle(71.49 ° in the experimental group,67.88 ° in the control group),and the time to lift the leg(0.21 s in the experimental group,0.28 in the control group).s)and so on,all show significant differences.(4)The instant feedback device,with its unique equipment appearance,structure,function and novel feedback methods,can stimulate students' interest in hurdle learning and increase student participation and investment.(5)The immediate feedback device practice has gained students 'recognition in stimulating students' learning motivation,cultivating students 'creative thinking,and promoting students' inquiry learning.Suggestion: Although the immediate feedback effect after the column has been verified,and the instant feedback device has also been approved for teaching,this instant feedback device is not necessarily the only way to achieve these functions,and the instant feedback device is functional and convenient to operate There are still many places for improvement,and I hope that follow-up researchers will continue to explore in depth.
