Since the ministry of education of China issued the "guidelines for learning and development of 3-6 year old children" in 2012,there have been more and more researches on the learning quality of children.An important indicator of children's learning quality is perseverance.Persistence refers to the ability of children to overcome internal and external interference and difficulties in the process of completing tasks and to adhere to the completion of established tasks.At the same time,with the fine development of children's hand movements,the purpose and planning of activities are constantly improved,and construction activities become one of children's favorite games.In the construction activities,teachers can effectively promote the development of children's persistence time,task completion degree,anti-interference ability and anti-frustration ability by observing and guiding children's theme planning,material selection,emergency handling,adherence or not.In this study,teachers conducted a research on the persistence cultivation of children in senior class from the construction activities,mainly based on the observation method,and adopted the methods of literature review and interview.To Huang Shuanglei for children sticking the division of the basis,from the time,task completion,anti-interference ability,ability to resist setback four dimensions of shengle R nurseries and kindergartens in Hohhot X taipans children gathered in the observation of construction activities,409 teacher training children insist on development to guide the behavior of the observed event analysis and description on the status quo,and from the overall situation and the different behavior under the guidance of teachers to guide the behavior to shed light on the specific conditions of the two aspects.Based on investigation and analysis of the status quo of the young children in adherence scores before and after the change under the guidance of teachers for statistics and analysis,the purpose is to understand the teacher to cultivate army of the children's development perseverance in construction activities taken by the guidance of three ways: words to guide and action guide,the guide of if it has a positive influence and role,and concluded in the construction of large children's adherence to cultivate higher effectiveness,is given priority to with verbal instruction under the guidance of teachers,and the effects on the guidance of the ability to resist frustrations.At the same time,typical cases are used to illustrate how teachers use the three methods to cultivate the persistent development of big class children in construction activities.Teacher training in construction activities of large children based on the analysis of the research of sexual development,combined with interviews found that construction activities in the knowledge,ability,and under the guidance of teachers,as well as the three problems: lack of observation under the guidance of teachers,lack of time are not allowed to be under the guidance of teachers,teachers' guidance targeted and lead to problems of the four main reasons: kindergarten lacks the corresponding research mechanism,the preschool teacher instructing the construction activities adhere to the lack of awareness of sexual development,teacher observation analysis of children's lack of ability and construct the material delivery and use of inadequate.Finally,according to the existing problems and following the national policy requirements,four Suggestions are put forward for kindergartens to better cultivate children's persistence in construction activities: strengthening the management of kindergarten teaching and research mechanism,strengthening the theoretical guidance level of teachers,strengthening the observation and analysis ability of teachers,and strengthening the placement and utilization of construction activity materials.
