Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the construction of middle school mathematics textbooks in China has gone through more than 70 years,from the initial copying of the Soviet Union,to the gradual realization of China,and to the compilation of textbooks suitable for them according to China's national conditions and educational environment.The process of textbook compilation and the years of experience have witnessed the transformation of textbooks in China.Every participant's careful consideration of the content is engraved between the lines of the textbook.At the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's textbook compilation capacity was limited,so the translation and introduction of foreign mature middle school math textbooks became a quick and wise choice.In the following decades,China has been translating and introducing middle school math textbooks from other developed countries.However,previous studies have focused on textbooks translated from the Soviet union,while few studies have focused on textbooks translated from other developed countries.Hence,this study collected translated from the Soviet union,Japan,Germany,Britain,France and the United States in different periods of middle school mathematics textbooks,using literature research,comparative research and case study,through to the book itself to study,and combined with the corresponding period of our country middle school mathematics textbooks,and teaching outline in subtle changes before and after the introduction,the reflection and the translation from the side the introduction of middle school mathematics textbooks for the middle school mathematics textbook construction of our country.So as to draw the following conclusions:Early People's Republic of China(1949-1957),because China directly copied the Soviet high school mathematics textbooks,during this period,the Soviet Union's middle school mathematics textbooks had the greatest impact on China's textbook construction.The impact of this period is not only wide-ranging and long-lasting,but also of great significance to the construction of Chinese textbooks.The research on the "Modernization of Mathematics Education" and "Cultural Revolution"(1958-1976)covers the period from the beginning of the first preparation of a full-time 12-year middle school mathematics textbook to the end of the Cultural Revolution after the founding of the People's Republic of China.The study of the introduction of middle school mathematics textbooks in translation found that after the introduction of foreign textbooks affected by the "New Math" movement in China,some changes have taken place in China's middle school mathematics textbooks,and the idea of the "New Math" movement has also penetrated slightly.During the steady development period of implementing nine-year compulsory education(1977-2001),because the compilation system of China's textbooks has gradually improved,so there are not many high school mathematics textbooks imported during this period.The introduction of the translation of "Discover Geometry" has enabled China's subsequent middle school mathematics textbooks to learn some of its inquiry learning concepts.The practicality of the content is more prominent than before,and some teaching content has also been introduced.No matter what period of time,China did not pretend to be complacent in the compilation of textbooks.Instead,it learns advanced teaching content and teaching concepts from various countries in a long-term manner,and selectively learns from it while combining its own actual situation.The mathematics textbooks of the Soviet Union's middle schools have the most profound impact on China,and the significance is the most significant.The textbooks of several other countries have also had some impact.The construction of textbooks can to some extent bring out some of the times Of the miniature.At the end of the article,combined with the research work done,it elaborated some of the enlightenments gained in the construction of China's textbooks,just for the reference of textbook writers.
