Research On The Questions Of Ideological And Political Education Of The College Students Associations

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that to do a good job of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,we must adapt to the situation,advance with the times,and be new in accordance with the situation.With the continuous advancement of scientific and technological progress,social development,and reform of the management system of colleges and universities,the use of classes,dormitories,and other organizational forms for ideological and political education of college students has been unable to meet the educational needs of contemporary college students.The role of ideological and political education is inevitable.College students' associations are mass organizations organized by students and managed by students based on common interests.The types of college students 'associations are diverse,the activities are novel,and the activities are rich in content.They can give full play to students' autonomy,enable students to exercise their abilities in the process of participating in activities,enhance their overall quality,gradually guide college students to adapt to society,promote university development,and accelerate harmony.The pace of society.Carrying out ideological and political education work with college student associations as carriers has its unique advantages.But it is worth noting that in the continuous development of college student associations,there are both old problems and new problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply study the issues related to the role of ideological and political education of college student associations to improve the comprehensive quality of students,implement the concept of quality education,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students,and do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges.On the basis of absorbing and drawing on the original achievements,this article first briefly summarizes the development context of college student associations,and elaborates the definition,types,characteristics,and meanings of college student associations to pave the way for further research.Secondly,it explains the role of ideological and political education of college student associations and the possibility and necessity of exerting the role of ideological and political education from college student associations.Through literature survey and data analysis again,taking the six colleges and universities in Huhot as an example to select college student community participants for investigation,the survey results show that there are some problems that need to be resolved in the role of college student associations in ideological and political education: such as the difficulty of applying for community activities,Insufficient funding for association activities,obsolete forms of ideological and political education activities carried out by associations,low competence levels of the persons in charge of associations,and lack of pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education activities in associations.Finally,we analyze and study the existing problems and the reasons for the problems,with a view to providing effective and feasible suggestions for better exerting the role of ideological and political education of college student associations.Finally,based on the relevant research experience,the author puts forward feasibility suggestions based on the results of data analysis to give play to the role of ideological and political education of college student associations.First,schools should strengthen their support and management of associations.Increase funding support for community activities,provide fixed venues for community activities,build a community supervision and guidance mechanism,and improve the community function evaluation system.The second is to improve the basic management system of the association itself.We will optimize the system for selecting the person in charge of the community and the mechanism for training the backbone ofthe community.The third is to strengthen theoretical arms and build the ideological foundation of the community.Improve the quality of the instructors of the community,the political literacy of the leaders and members of the community,and the basic literacy of ordinary members.The fourth is to build boutique societies and enhance their influence.Build fine associations,strengthen their propaganda and management,tap their characteristics,and implement community-specific education.
